Stopped by for breakfast and coffee. I got spinach souffle and my wife got a bagel with our coffee. Both were good although a little pricey. Paid $16 for both of us...

the wait time on the app was 40 minutes off and the red head on the staff was very rude.

First of all, I was given a cup of red sauce with my breadbowl, and they tried to call that tomato soup, ABSOLUTELY NOT soup.Secondly, the bread "bowl" was apparently DIY because a shoddy circle cut into the top of the bread was not even close to large or deep enough, and I had to tear out the top and middle with my fingers to even make a "bowl".And again, that doesn't even matter because I was given pasta sauce in place of my soup. This isn't just BAD soup. It is SPAGHETTI SAUCE.The service is also terrible, as when I found all of this out, I tried to call and ask for a refund or a remake but was promptly ignored and then hung up on.I will not be ordering from here again, and suggest to all of you reading this; if you are sick like me, DO NOT order tomato soup from Panera. Because as someone who LOVES spaghetti. It's not even good red sauce. It tastes exactly like Ragu. ?

Not impressed. Certainly not the restaurant from long ago. Very dingy, dirty feeling when I sat down. None of the tables looked clean and there was no serious effort to get the dining room clean. As I sat down to eat I was uncomfortable enough to throw most of my bread bowl of soup away just so I could leave. Won't be back to this location....ever.

Stopped to get some takeout breakfast items along with some Parisian bread on a Sunday morning. Bread was what I perceived as Saturday's bread (day old). Not what I would expect from Panera as bread is their specialty.

I used to love eating here but the food quality isn’t there for me at least. There is hardly anything at all in the menu that doesn’t have soybean oil or cornstarch in it, both of which can’t be truly non gmo.

I love their rapid pick up option. The food is always fresh and tasty. It's super easy to order on the app. Then when you arrive, you walk in and grab your order from the shelf. Sometimes I just send a teenager to grab it.Parking: Parking is great and they have reserved spots for take out orders. It's always open and easy to get one of the reserved spots. They're close to the door so you're in and out quickly.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. They love the smiley face cookies and the thumb print cookies especially. They also love the bagels and cream cheese.

This was a weird visit at Panera. For the first time maybe ever, staff seemed sort of meh about being at work. The food was just okay. Overall a miss this time.

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on Asiago bread called the Scramble and it was SO GOOD. My wife got the sandwich with avocado on it and it just wasn’t as tasty (no sausage). Love that the coffee is free refill and just walking in and seeing all the baked goods is a pleasure. Definitely like the vibe, and I stayed and worked on my laptop a few hours.Parking: Parking all around the building

As a delivery driver I feel that the wait time is money lost! Two days in a row I've waited quite a long time!!! Didn't use to be like this?

Seriously appalled, I had ordered two GROUP serving soups to take to church for a small group meeting. Broccoli cheddar and broccoli and cheddar mac and cheese. Needless to say this may feed 3-4 people and threw the bread down in the bag...very upset. They stated it served 9!!!! This is seriously embarrassing! Note 45.00$ two small servings of soup for this absolutely ridiculous and Not to mention the rudeness!!
