This was my first visit and I really enjoyed the entire experience. The fish sandwich and coleslaw was awesome. My server and the management staff were extremely attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was clean and orderly. I felt relaxed. I will visit again.

Friends and family have recommended Park Place to me for years yet somehow it took me until last week to finally visit.From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. I was taken to a booth and the server came right over to take my drink order.I knew I wanted to make the most out of my experience by trying something on the menu that was particularly popular, so I asked the server for a few options. After listing several, I opted for a burger — since they make their patties there — and a side of onion rings.When my food came out, it was piping hot and after waiting a couple minutes to let it cool down a bit, I dug in!The burger was amazing — fresh and full of flavor! I didn’t think I’d finish it all but surprised myself when I ate the last bite.You can always tell when onion rings are made fresh, in-house when you bite into one and the batter is crispy and falls right off and onions are thick and meaty. These rings were exactly what I was hoping for!I see why so many people have recommended Park Place to me and I plan to return many more times in the near future!

I just ate arguably the best 1/2 rack of Ribs at Park Place that I have ever eaten ANYWHERE!! The slab of ribs was HUGE (over 1 inch thick and basically covered half of the plate)! And the meat just 'fell off the bone' (bones ended up clean - not like where you're knawing on an ear of corn and you can't get the corn all off of the cob)!In fact, there was so much meat that I couldn't eat it all - so I'm taking like 3 or 4 ribs with me for my granddaughter (as she is a 'rib connoisseur')!!!And this big 1/2 slab of ribs comes with 2 vegetables and your bread, for only $14.99!! NOTE: I believe they have these mainly on Fridays!!!

This was my first time going and I got it to go. I was disappointed by the pot roast, because it’s nothing like the picture I saw on here. It’s not the end of the world though. I’m just adding my review for a reference picture, so that people know what they’re getting. I prefer having veggies cooked in my pot roast like the picture I saw, but maybe they have changed recipes. It didn’t have large pieces of fat in it, so I’ll take it as a win. If I go back, I’d probably try something different. The potatoes tasted real, so I don’t know why people have said they’re instant (I did add salt to mine, but that’s personal preference).

Awful. Food was bland. The service was horrible and I don't want to ever go back.Edit: tried to go back and try it again. The lady running the front was so rude. I called 2 times and she put me on hold by putting the phone down both times for 5 min. I could hear her being kind to the customers and she got back on the phone with me so hateful

Went there with my wife and grand daughter for supper. My wife got the salad bar. My Grand daughter and I sat there for over an hour still no food. We asked the waitress if she could check on our food. She comes back in a few mins a nd says I asked,and they told me it will be out in a little bit.. No idea why it is taking so long 10 mins later I walked out my wife paid for her salad. Told the lady at the counter what had happened. She said sorry we have been slammed today.I gave one star because it was the least grade. Offered. I will never go there again. Lesson learned.

I placed an order to go for livers. They were the worst ever!!! The onion rings were good, and the slaw was very good. Certainly disappointed for $14.+Furthermore, the person responding to the reviews here is rude!!! Obviously, they cannot take criticism. I am an office manager and have been a store manager in retail. I have received many unfavorable reviews for employees. I use them for training and I certainly apologize without a rude attitude.My response to the owner of Park Place..."how does that work for you"

It’s unfortunate that as an African American woman I can’t eat lunch and not be criticized for the color of my skin. The waitress was very rude to me as if being nice to me was a chore. I proceeded to watch her be very friendly to others. I also got stared at by a lady as if she was trying to ask why I was there. Maybe if I would have wore my government attire with logo on it I would have gotten treated better. I doubt it though. I won’t be back unfortunately.
