I placed an order on the app. The app automatically changed my location to the Fort O location, which I didn’t realize until it had submitted my order. It was 20 min away and in the opposite direction I was driving to pick my kid up from school. I called to cancel my order. They were able to issue a refund, despite having already started working on the order, which I appreciate. Great customer service. Apparently there's no more $5 Fridays at this location. Sad. The teenagers in there are always working their butts off and generally in a positive mood considering how fast they are moving. I've literally never seen an adult in this establishment. I hope the teens are being paid justly for running this store but I doubt it. I know someone that only make $9 at a different smoothie place.

Excellent service. One time I slipped on an ice patch while carrying an order of smoothies back to the car and spilled the smoothies, and this very nice man asked if I was OK, let me clean off the mess on my jacket in the bathroom, and offered to remake the smoothies I spilled. Also, definitely try their High Intensity Workout Chocolate Cinnamon and Activator Recovery Blueberry Tart Cherry.
