Subway employees seem very untrained lack of knowledge of what's going on and annoying of your presence to do them anything extra or cook anything due to the fact they are the manager and feel like they don't have to do anything other than stand there for pay.

Lady taking orders was terrible. She couldn’t remember anything we said. Keep asking us the same questions over and over again with a sour attitude. When we finally got our order right we drove around and waited 30 minutes just for our food.

Great food, clean surfaces, friendly staff. Overall, this is a great establishment!Unfortunately, due to supply chain and food cost issues these days, this location and the others in the Rossville/ft Oglethorpe area are not able to accept coupons for BOGO or similar deals.If you get those coupons in the mail, keep this in mind when deciding to go!We still ended up eating Subway that day because the bread smelled wonderful, and the staff was so nice, but.... It's just something to bear in mind.Overall, I'd still recommend them!

I just have to say that this is the worst subway that I've ever been to in my entire life. Every time I have ever ordered here it takes an absolute Millennia to even get to the point where I'm picking what bread I want. I don't know if they need to hire more staff or what it is that's not really my problem what I'm the one ordering the food. I put in a mobile order and waited almost an hour for the mobile order to give them plenty of time to get it because I was at work and I was getting this on my lunch break I came to go pick it up and they didn't even have it started yet they took the entire 30 minutes to make my sandwich I didn't even get to eat it on my lunch break and it's been like this every time I've ever ordered anything from the subway. All of the staff here looks like they're being run ragged and they haven't slept at all

I was impressed with the sun I got 1.5 weeks ago .I usually get something from subway once a week .Spend about 30.00 with 2 people.Went back last week and I couldn't even see the meat. I'm not sure if I'll go back ,even have a tip, kinda disappointed. I'll prolly to back to Publix.

Toke hour to get 2 sandwiches! Young girl was by herself waiting on drive thu ,& lobby too! so sad for her very disappointed in subway! In ft oglethorpe ga next to Walmart!
