The food was good but the dining area was dirty. Tables that were marked clean and sanitized were actually not cleaned and sanitized. As is trues with most fast food establishments, the employees are lazy and do not care about the dining area. They would much rather play on their phone or stand around and do absolutely nothing. If you don’t want to earn your paycheck, then use the door and go home.

Going through the drive-through always makes me wonder what I do in life that gets me extremely salty fries, wrapping paper covered in mayo or other sauces and burgers so sloppy it makes Stopher's lasagna look neat?And its an on base establishment. Smh, please do better bk.

Very disappointed, I was a regular patriot till this morning. I understand short staffed & can't open dine-in area, drive-thru only. I drive a school bus, common sense is NO school bus in a drive-thru. They usually let me in and I get my order and leave. Never had an issue till this morning, MUST use drive-thru is what they told me while I stand outside in the freezing weather. No worries, I'll NEVER bother you again cause I will NOT return!

Update January 19th, 2024 went for a breakfast sandwich this morning and the biscuit was almost burn it was a crunchy sausage egg and cheese biscuit, so that was a waste of money and that is usually not the case. The employees were very friendly, got my order correct and hot. The inside was very clean. Drive thru was very full, so I went inside and got my food faster, and it was delicious ?
