Emily and Mattie are the kindest and most hard working young women that I have come across in many years. Quite the Juxtaposition in today’s entitled society. We could use a lot more folks like Emily and Mattie.

Out of the many coffee shops near downtown Gainesville, this one definitely stands out. Not only great service and coffee but the interior design and atmosphere is the best I've seen in a long time. Fun, and way better than any other "airport" coffee. Come, grab and iced coffee and enjoy their all day breakfast.

We’re trying out a new coffee places and this was a great find! Cute place, love the plane decor. They have a bunch of themed kids toys and props, like a captains hat that families were enjoying. My hubs loved the green chili burrito.Gluten free!!! I stuck with the gluten free blueberry maple oatmeal but then noticed a sign for Gluten Free Brazilian Cheese bread!! We ordered 10 to-go and immediately ate one in the car as they were nice and got. O M G!! These are like a biscuit and mozzarella stick had a baby and they’re gluten free! I would highly recommend.Try the special- Espresso Do Murilo! Based on the menu - “A spoonful of Brazilian doce de leite (creamy caramel) melted into a double shot of espresso named after our owner, Murilo.”Everyone working was super friendly and made great drinks! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Celiac

Came multiple times and the coffee was "Okay" for a company that roasts their own beans and not make a house made syrup seems disappointing. Nonetheless my spouse and I got a coffee and it was extremely bitter after waiting 15 minutes for it with no one ahead of us. I said my coffee is very tart (iced mocha) and they said I can add honey and I opted for creamer because honey seemed like a different flavor that wouldn't even melt anyway. As I asked for creamer with a baby on my hip and being pregnant she said I can't touch your cup, " it's illegal." I said you aren't touching it just pouring into it from over the counter as I opened the top. After much back and fourth another customer helped me by grabbing the milk from the barista to pour for me. I ended up asking for a full refund. At that moment they said the espresso machine was down and that's why the coffee today is tart - I said you should've told customers before ordering. They acted so difficult with paying customers... not coming back. Go around the corner to Meadowlark - it's incredible.

Coffee here is STRONG. The vibe is super cute and I love how they have repurposed plane seats etc for this spot. There is a private meeting room as well. Service was a little slow, seemed like they need to work on their speed to make coffee and there was a slight learning curve in typing in the coffee order. The experience was good though. Their story is fun. Parking is not that convenient unless you’re there before most of the square opens. The free parking deck is close so that does help! Very cool concept, excited to see it popping up in other areas too. Wasn’t too busy, definitely would come sit there with a laptop and do some work.Parking: Spots close by if available but parking deck isn’t far

The coolest concept!! The coffee was delicious, staff was social and friendly, and overall environment was 10/10. Definitely worth the drive from Atlanta!

Super cute coffee shop but just needs better coffee! I ordered a vanilla latte but didn't taste much of anything. Also got a hot chocolate, and it was too watery (and they did ask what type of milk I wanted).
Really cute coffee shop with nice aviation themed decor. However, I've gone twice and the coffee really isn't that great. And I most certainly can't justify paying $8-10 for a medium sized cold brew. Their prices are asinine with the ridiculously high upcharges for a splash of non-dairy milk and 1 pump of basic coffee syrup. I'll continue going across the street to Inman Perk instead.

What a great find in a cute little town. Great coffee and great service. The layout is very unique and it is a great place to sit and do some remote work while enjoying a top quality cup of coffee. Wish we could get one of these in FL!

As any review of this place is bound to mention, the decor/vibe of this place is impressive and bound to please just about any customer. My wife and I enjoyed excellent coffee and really tasty chocolate croissant and chocolate cookies. We were very happy that we found this shop and got to duck inside out of a heavy rain and enjoy the calm atmosphere, pleasant music, and delicious refreshments. We are looking greatly forward to returning.

The food is incredible, but the restaurant needs additional employees in the morning hours. A girl was left alone to handle cashier work, barista work, and sandwich making at 7:00-8:00AM. With 5 people waiting for food, the customer service was incredibly delayed. I waited 25 minutes for a biscuit, and another man supposedly waited 30 minutes. It’s not the employees fault, she was doing an incredible job but the establishment needs to focus on better labor management. This was not a great experience

This establishment does not value its employees and has taken a poor direction in management. I will not return here and can't recommend anyone does.
