Food truck is so slow when they come to Fox Factory. Lunch is 30 mins and we waited for our order over 30 mins. Food should be precook or something so they just warm them up in the frier.
Experienced their food truck at the Liquid Nation Brewer. Very well done. Most places have greasy batter on their fish, but these folks have got the temperature control down right - perfectly crisp coating.
