So nice! My friend and I were stuck waiting for a technician for our Uhaul and we went and had dinner here, the chili dog and chili cheese fries were absolutely perfect. When our technician arrived, my friend and I were rushing to get out to our Uhaul and the workers helped us switch from eating there to getting to go! Will be back

I usually don’t do this, but this was my second time eating here and found hair in my burger. I called to let them know and they offered to refund me if I brought the burger in. So I did and they didn’t even give me my full refund.. just poor customer service and finding hair in your food is disgusting. I was trying to be very understanding after seeing this, but there was no “sorry about this”, “full refund” or even acknowledging this.. they literally handed me $5 and said “thanks for bringing the burger”

You can spend $10 on burger and fries at a drive thru or get the best burger around for the same amount. Paid $20 the other day at 5 Guys for a double, reg fry, reg drink and it wasn't nearly as good as this place. Double cheeseburger, fries, and drink for under $10.

Terrible customer service. She barely said a word and wouldn't help is with the menu. Wouldn't sell a side of slaw. Hot dogs are cheap garbage. We will not be visiting again and you shouldn't either.

The name of the place is burgers and shakes and they don't sell shakes! When I asked them why? I was told since Covid. HA! McDonalds is right across the street and they can sell shakes. Not my favorite place . Greece was running down my hand and the lettuce was stale

Terrible customer service (DawsonvilleHighway). No attempt to be humanity polite. Rather drive to the one on Cleveland Highway. At least there not lazy and they actually have milkshakes and dining.
