1) portions are not consistent with other captain D's, hushpuppies and fried okra were luk warm, cooked and sitting while my fish was cooked.2) employees don't seem to be happy to be working here and it's obvious.3) men's room urinal smells, even with auto flush. The air freshener is flashing red, ie; useless.4) this is an old building and should be torn down and rebuilt.There were few customers when I visited at 1:00pm, lunch time, and I can see why, overall it's not very inviting and I won't be back.

Rude over intercom, we asked for cracklin and didn't receive it. When we asked for it they said "well, I didn't put it in there, so that means we don't have it". Every time we come to this Captain D's there's rude people, bad service, and burnt food, don't recommend it.
