lady working at 12:30 on Monday march 20th . wearing a blue Hershey's jacket /sweater . asked her nicely for my doordash order . told me it’ll be a second.Gladly waited 5 minutes but then was seeing her hand out orders thru drive thru and the order behind me was handed out thru the back door of the store after 20 plus minutes of waiting already . and then gave me an attitude when I told her nicely hey I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and she said the food will be ready whenever it’s ready and slammed the window in my face . I sure hope something is done because no person should be treated that way .

Terrible, overpriced food. The "fry-seasoned" chicken tenders tasted like boiled chicken and oil. Cashier automatically put the combos as a large without telling us. It cost $26 for two meals, for food that was less quality than Wendy's. To top it off, we couldn't get a receipt because allegedly the printer was broken. I strongly do not recommend that you eat at this place.

The guys working on the evening of 1/15/23 were THE BEST!!! Our 4yo daughter only wanted a chocolate milkshake or chocolate milk. They didn’t have chocolate milk and their milkshake machine was down. They offered to go to the store and get her a chocolate milk!!! We told them it was ok and not to worry about it. When we got to the window, they had made her an ice cream with chocolate syrup and gave it to her FREE!!! So nice!!! And made for a happy four year old! THEN, our chicken tenders were taking a little longer than expected to cook so they offered us two brownies while we waited!!! Such a refreshing customer service experience in a time where quantity always comes before quality!Kid-friendliness: Super kind employees and great with our four year old!

The manager and employees were some of the kindest people I've ever met in my entire life. The customer service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. I've been struggling with the 10th anniversary of my mother's death and the rejection of my family. You'd be amazed at how much kindness can be needed and appreciated. God bless all of them.

3 people in the building no customers and I sit in the drive thru for 5 minuets with no answer. Does this place have a manager on duty it sure didn't seem like it Freaking disappointing what the world Man. Never returning to checkers in gainesville ever again thank you for the worst experience ever

Arrived at checkers to pick up a mobile order I placed. I waited in the drive-thru line after telling them my name at the speaker for 20 minutes to get to the window and they tell me they don’t have my order. They asked if I could pull around to see if it would come in, but it had already been 20 minutes so it was not going to show up if it didn’t already. I showed the MANAGER my order details on my phone, order number, items ordered, everything. If my order couldn’t be made, or it didn’t show up, that’s fine, but I wanted a refund for the $12 I paid and was now unable to get dinner to eat. I either wanted my order, or a refund, which doesn’t seem unreasonable considering I did pay and waited for 20 minutes (30 counting the time the order was placed before I drove to checkers.) The manager said that they just don’t do refunds at all, which doesn’t make any sense because what if somebody’s food is cold or has a hair in it? They don’t get their money back? I was going to wait in the drive thru until I got a resolution, and the manager was not willing to offer one. He started yelling at me to get out of his drive thru, even though I paid $12 to not get anything! I then again calmly said that I did pay for my order and it is checkers fault that it did not show up in their system and that I either want my food or a refund, because that’s what I am entitled to as a paying customer! The manager continued yelling, and then stated he was going to call the police on me rather than try to come up with a solution. This is only two minutes after arriving at the window. The manager treated me with the most disrespect I’ve ever been treated with in my life, from anybody. They do not deserve to work in customer service.

They offer quick, professional and courtesy service, every time I've ordered food here. There french fries are so delicious, I've had to buy a bag of them from Walmart ?

This is the worst Checkers in the Universe. I have been here twice and each time the experience has been awful. The host, Tasha had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a refund because my order was not correct and the manager told me that I couldn't get a refund because I used my debit card so he made me another sandwich and it was still wrong. I paid for bacon that I did not get. I didn't go back because they would have gotten it wrong a third time. It seems like no one in that place can comprehend. Please see the attached receipt. WARNING...... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I went earlier today 4:30ish saw all the customers outside so I given them a chance to get all ready inside. Took SO long to take my order, messed up given me a small when I payed an upgrade on my meal. SOOOO much mayo one pickle after I said lighttt mayo. REALLY old lettuce soggy buns because of the amount of mayo, and WAYYYY over cooked meat about to be burnt!! To end this NO GLOVES worn! HOW DO YOU BURN CHEESE YO!?? BETWEEN MEATSSSSS!!!!!

when to pick up an order for grub hub and the guy at the counter told us to pull back around so we did and once we pulled back around to get it there was a lady at the counter and she proceeded to ask us why we clearly can't listen and just being rude bc apparently there was a box we where we had to go to outside but they never told us that at first and then acted like we were being rude bc we where confused and trying to handle the situation calmly but they simply wouldn't have that and continued yelling over us and being rude I don't recommend accepting orders to this specific checkers
