Tell me why would anyone fill a cup up to the rim with ice and then put soda in it? I brought breakfast this morning from the chick-fil-a on Jesse jewell in Gainesville, GA and to my surprise as I pull out onto the road I have no more soda in my cup. I take the lid off my cup to see a cup filled to the rim with ice. This isn’t good service at all.

This is a great Chick-fil-A it's very very busy so it may take you 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru but considering how many people they serve that's not a bad wait.Parking: There's two entrances one is for the drive-thru and one is for the parking lot for dine-in make sure you pick the right one.Kid-friendliness: Yes they have a playground kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are wheelchair accessible.

I've never rated a Chick-fia-a this low. The associate that took our order was the normal level of friendly that everyone expects when eating at any Chick-fil-A. The guy who gave us our food seemed like he couldn't be bothered with customer. To top things off, he didnt give us the sauces that we requested. 4 kids in the car all expecting sauce and are all disappointed because a guy is more concerned with looking cool than customer service. I won't be back to this location again. I'll drive to Dawsonville highway instead.
