I generally don't like chains and don't frequent them. But I like Chili's menu. Tonight was a reminder why I should just avoid you entirely. I understand having corporate policies. But the lack of common sense in enforcing them is a turnoff. I love that you want to be sure not to serve underage. But we all know you're not getting cited for not asking for an ID. You're getting cited for serving underage. So you want to prevent that by requiring your staff to ask for ID of everyone who orders an alcoholic beverage. I get it. But occasionally well meaning, well legal age people forget a wallet. To be absolutely unwilling to even consult a manager when your patron is obviously more than double the legal age is just silliness. And why big chains will keep failing.

Placed order over the phone. Came in and still had to wait 10 minutes for them to give me someone else’s food. Then when I get my food, I’m headed home and check it and it’s made wrong. Call back. Can’t get the supervisor on the phone. Before I forget, two people came in after me and asked for two employees, then, rather than walked outside.

Definitely an off day. Service was really slow and inattentive (had to ask for refills, and long wait time for our order to be taken). Our server was very distracted and failed to bring things when asked (spoons, refills, and to go boxes).
If you close at 10, you need to reflect that on your google information. It says 11, you told me 10pm.

My parents and I ALWAYS have the best experience at this Chili’s! From the hosts to the servers to the manager, the people who work here provide consistently wonderful, attentive, and friendly service. The food is always perfectly cooked and the chips and salsa is my favorite around. Highly recommend this restaurant!
