Placed an order online for pickup. Paid for a 6 piece basket but only received 4. Paid for extra honey mustard and didn’t receive any. Fries were cold. Unfortunate that there’s not a way to receive a partial refund for the missing items we paid for.

Never been sooo disappointed with my order. I was expecting a hot 6 pieces chicken tenders basket, I received a frozen tenders(need to throw away 3 of them) cold fries and no sauce, even though the employee ask me twice. Never again I visit that store. This all happened during lunchtime hours.

First I would like to state that I don't post reviews, however today was the first time I was treated with such disrespect that I have to post. Jonah was not only rude to my wife and myself for his mistake , but then aggressively delivered our food and then slammed the door to the drive thru in our face after we were nothing but polite. I walked in and stated to him I don't need his attitude or rude behavior and we will never visit this location again.

I only eat at DQ a few times a year, and it’s pretty much only a Blizzard when I do. Love the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard. This location hasn’t been updated in many years and is definitely showing its age. So I generally just go to the drive the window.
$12 Dollars for a 6 piece Basket- a couple fries ( quite literally)- I guess lost the formula on how to toast bread ( I received bread not toast)- Chicken Fingers are more like nuggets- Gravy Is cold- Drink was somehow poured correctlyWish I could have my money back
