It took about 10 minutes for my banana split. When I got it, there was only chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and a banana. Still good quality. Just missing the pineapple and strawberries, so I was a little disappointed. Everything else was fine.

I just came into the drive-thru and the lady Andrea, i think, was rude as hell and didn’t let me finish my sentence and was rushing the food out and when i was asking about sauce she had an attitude and she tossed my food at me.

Hamburger was cold and old. French Fries were old and stale. I should had asked for replacement. I will next time as this happens more than not. Or just get a refund.
Almost 11 bucks for a blizzard and sundae that were both melted when they came thru the window. We tried this location because the one on Green St. is sadly lacking. At least they are easy to pour down the drain!

I saw their sign "BBQ SANDWICH" on the way home on Wednesday and was looking forward to getting a couple on Thursday.I got there before lunch and ordered and pulled up and payed. The after maybe 5 minutes or less some female come to the window and said " I'm sorry, I just noticed we are out of BBQ, would you like a refund?"....Do you think so????No wonder this place got a 93 from the health inspector....they could have put a sign out back stating that we are out of barbecue so people would not waste their lunch hour sitting there waiting on it and driving all the way over there to get it.Very poor run location?

The person working the drive thru was less than engaged. When I pulled up to the window he didn’t say anything I handed him my credit card and still nothing. He handed me back my card and order not a word. No Hello, No Thank you, absolutely nothing. He also took both of his hands and placed them on his head and messed up his hair.
