over the past few months (it's Oct. '23 now)This store has turned for the better. Service has been quick and more accurate than before and the dining room is not a homeless hangout anymore. When homeless men were using the dining room in the morning with some bizzare behavior, I stopped spending ANY money there. I ordered a hot cappuccino with toasted almond and hazelnut flavor, almond milk and 3 stevia. Is that a hard order? It's one coffee, no it's not. My coffee was wrong. If you can't get ONE coffee right then either get a new job or rethink your work ethic. I'm sick of going to EVERY SINGLE DUNKIN and them ALWAYS messing up my order. This doesn't happen at Starbucks.

Most definitely the most overpriced, undercut, ham and cheese croissant I've ordered to date... But, seeing and sharing the moment with my almost 6yo when she smiled ear to ear in pure delight as she ate her Blueberry Muffin made it worthwhile.
