Really poor service. Mobile ordered and an hour to close they shut off their ovens. No food and no help. Told get a refund through the app. Very lazy and rude employees. Won't be back.

Almost every morning I get a Med vanilla iced coffee and a BEC croissant. I was a firm believer in the BEC bagel but I was recommended the croissant and it changed my life lol. When getting the Iced coffee make sure to mention liquid sugar or you’ll get regular sugar for a cold coffee which doesn’t mix well & now you’re slurping sugar through a straw. That isn’t fun! Also the bagel minis are so good too! I just wish they came in a bigger size

It’s dark out and all the signs and outside lights are off, it’s 6pm, but according to googles hours they are open so I go in anyways since I’m needing to get some gift cards for my kiddos teachers. Well apparently they have a max of $25 gift card purchases TOTAL. You can’t get 3 $10 gift cards because that’s more than $25. Using your own CASH. Absolute joke. It sounded like she just didn’t want to take the time to serve her customer. So we took our business elsewhere and they were more than happy to activate 3 $10 gift cards for me. This isn’t my first less that satisfying experience here, but this one was it. I’ll be spreading the word. We won’t be back.

They have there a really horrible service. I went this morning and they took my order. I get to the window for them to tell me that the credit reader wasn't working. Why did you not tell me that before i order to not waist my time.the big tall fat boy and the short dark skin latina give you the worst service ever. Not good! Last time i go there.

Well from reading the comments it seems I wasn't the only prospective customer who had a problem with the people who work here...I went in this morning for a cup of coffee...stood there waiting to be acknowledged while clearly two members of staff could notice me thru peripheral vision but chose to ignore me until I cleared my throat loudly...the guy who came over to ring me up apparently thought he was doing me a favor or I should feel privileged to be at a dunkins buying a $2.39 coffee..like I said prospective customer...I canceled not a customer friendly store at all no wonder there wasn't even one in there...I wonder if corporate doesn't read reviews?!!

I usually am pleased with this location. But the last few mornings we have come through have been very disappointing. They have messed up orders multiple times. Have tossed iced donuts in a bag with other food, so the other food is now covered in icing.Order one thing and get something completely different.I hate leaving a bad review. But it just keeps happening, unfortunately.

i went to the dunkin on thompson bridge today at 7 for a bible study with a group friends and there was 3 teenage girl working. they were very loud and bothersome to the point where they were yelling and i could barely hear my friends talking. they took an abnormally long time making our drinks when there was no one else there. then at 8:02 one of the girls came to us and said they were closing and the lobby was closed so we had to leave. when i walked to see the hours it said that everyday they close at 9. even if they were supposed to close an hour earlier they should’ve at least explained why or had a sign up saying they were closing an hour earlier. i was very unhappy with my experience.
