I usually never have an issue with firehouse subs. My wife didn’t get her soup she ordered and my bread on my sub was soaking wet. It made me lose my appetite.

I mean seriously. I said mayo, pickles, and mustard. There is way more mayo and no pickles and idk where the mustard is. This tastes disgusting I couldn’t even eat all of it. My boyfriend even said his didn’t taste right. I haven’t ate all day and I get food here and it sucked. I’m not ever gonna eat here again.

This firehouse subs is on fire! We had an order for a large group and they executed flawlessly. They even wrote the names of each person on their sub. The manager was delightful to work with and we will certainly use this location again for future events.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options.

if you go here and are not eating in order on line and pick up as the prices are different.the service is a little slow and we were the only ones there. I would hate to see if there was a line.Vegetarian options: you can just ask for vegetables on your roll.

I have always enjoyed Firehouse subs, they don't skimp on the meat and I don't really want a salad sandwich. Went in to place my order and the first thing I noticed was nobody said, "Welcome to Firehouse". I walked up to the counter and there were 7-8 girls (all the same size) running around working. There were 2 standing near the counter not doing anything. No one ever acknowledged me or asked if I wanted to place an order. After about 2 minutes of looking around and watching the 2 doing nothing, I walked out.Instead of spending $14 on one sandwich I went to Publix and got some turkey and bread. Spent about $14 and had sandwiches for a week.

I love Firehouse Subs, but my all time favorite is the Steamer fully involved. That means all the good stuff is added to it, but I also add black olives to mine.

Where have I been all these years knowing that Firehouse Subs was there this whole time? It’s so much better than Publix sandwiches and Subway. My family and I always get the Firehouse Hero and the New York Steamer. The manager Sara, is so nice and has great customer service. Please come here, their sandwiches are delicious!!!

Thankfully I made it here 40 minutes before closing. As I sat and ate in my car, I saw two separate sets of customers walk up to the door, only to find it locked. The sign says 9 pm, so why are they closing 20 minutes early? I have worked at Firehouse myself and never thought to close early. The food was okay, a little heavy on the mayonnaise.

The people working at this place is rude, I don't recommend this place at all. I placed an order through the phone and I came pick it up, they told the ordered didn't go through. that they have phone issues! They were so rude when I asked them why they didn't call me back. after all don't order or come to this place. They are unprofessional.
