We had a wonderful brunch with Work friends we had worked together so many years Finally got together again! I suggested First Watch in Gainesville because I have ate Atother locations. I love it.Had a wonderful time and atmosphere. It was very crowded. We loved it highly recommend.!!

The food is good, and I enjoy the selections. Service is hit or miss dining in depending on your server. Service is a mess for take out, 1/2 of the orders are wrong. Atmosphere could be better if it weren't so loud. It's difficult to hold a conversation because of the noise level.Parking: Be prepared to wait an hour or so on the weekends for brunch. Doesn't seem very organized.

This place is my absolute favorite for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The food and drinks here are always top-notch. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with anything on the menu. They've got a great variety of healthy options as well as some indulgent cheat day treats. It's a win-win for everyone!

The service and food were a huge let down. We asked to set out (65 and windy) and the staff seemed to have an issue with that. My sister got the eggs benedict and the avocado was brown and left out. I got the Hawaiian french toast. We won't be back, too much of a disappointment.

My husband and I just had an incredible breakfast experience @First Watch in Gainesville. Not only was it delicious, as always, but we happened to sit next to the owner, Steve. He was so kind and allowed us to try each of their signature 4 juices. Wow! The fruits and vegetables are juiced daily, with only the natural ingredients, and are exceptional! Hubby’s favorite was the Kale Tonic, and mine was the Morning meditation with beet juice. I never knew that beet juice was so delicious!Big thanks to Steve for our breakfast and our juice tasting!If you get the chance, go to First Watch and try their food AND juices!

We checked in at 1247 and was told 20 to 25 minutes. 10 minutes shy of an hour, they finally seat us. The red hair girl with glass that takes everyone to their table was extremely rude. The food was good and the waitress was nice.

Best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. I could eat this every day. The only down side is it's always busy, but that also shows how good it is. I waited an hour to be seated and it was worth the wait.
Waited 45min but it was definitely worth it!!!Only issue was music was too loud. But very good food and service.

I ordered pick up, no on spoke to me or even acknowledged I was there until other people came in. No one up front , when I was finally spoken to I was told to watch for my food. They have a seat beside the pick up orders which is in the back. The bathrooms are around the corner of it too. The place was packed so it seemed they were overwhelmed. My food took 20 minutes past expected time to come out and unfortunately still wasn't very hot. It seemed it was sitting in the back and had not been brought out yet. I think they prioritized the in house guest since they were full, customers service could improve.

Great non traditional menu and really special wait staff!! The Million Dollar Bacon is to die for!! And it's included in the million dollar Bloody Mary!! The only thing I do not care for is the blueberry pancakes. Only about 3 blueberries in the pancakes. Everything else was excellent!!! I go every week or so!!!

Visited the Gainesville, GA location again today. Fortunately not as busy as a weekend day, but the hostess returned to the front and immediately ignored us and went to process payment for people at the register who just walked up when we’d been waiting a while. Another person finally materialized from the back and seated us. Not sure if the donut holes are a permanent item, but they were really good - a great treat! For a place that touts healthy foods, they don’t have skim milk?? Weird. I get their Avocado Toast often, but it was not good today - it was already brown when it arrived at our table, and had zero flavor. Our server was nice enough, but never came back to check on us. Overall, the most impactful factor during our visit was the incredibly loud music. We couldn’t hear most of what our server said, and we could hardly hear each other speaking at our own table - it was like being in a bar on a weekend night. First Watch should work on this please.
