Great service! I forgot to order my daughters birthday cake and I called to order it right before they closed for an early morning order the next day. They had no issue accommodating us. Look how beautiful this cake is! Great job y’all! You deserve all the praise.

She did such an amazing job on our cake, that I teared up. My daughter was in shock by her cake. I will never go to any other location for our cookie cakes. Went to go pick up my cookie cake this morning for a surprise retirement party and never received my cake due to the staff saying they never made it since they had the wrong phone number but told me when I was there they were supposed to get a "text message" of the photo. I emailed a picture of what I wanted on the cake but they said they couldn't do it since it was never "texted" to them. while I was there they never offered to make it really quick or try to assist me with the problem in any shape way or form so when I called later the staff said it was already picked up. yet again on the phone they said it was ready 10 minutes after I left but they didn't inform me that they would make the cake in that moment for me. another thing how could they make it, if they "never receive the photo". AGAIN the cake was never picked up. running circles around the situation never a I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Yes on the phone I had an attitude at one point but could you blame me from all the different stories being told about the cake? I'm very disappointed because we've never had a problem with this location but today was unprofessional.
They have the best service and cookie cake. It was even ready earlier than expected.

Ordered a cake days in advance since I knew the day I needed the order would be extremely busy. When I went in to pick up my order, it was not made nor could they even locate my order form. Fortunately they were able to create one (not the size I actually needed) in about 15 minutes, but as stated, they were not 15 minutes I had to spare which is why I placed the order in the first place. I am grateful they were at least able to provide a cake, but they were non-apologetic and did not care about the time constraints. If an order is not going to be ready when expected, do not make pre-ordering an option.

Disappointed that they don’t follow posted business hours, went in around 1:15pm today and they were closed, no one was there and all lights were off. If you aren’t going to be open when you say you’re open, please correct your posted business hours!!!!!

Been shopping here for 36 years. Always get a cookie cakes for birthdays. Very disappointed that they have cut down on the thickness of the cookie cake, so much that it falls apart when holding a slice that has icing on it. Just not as good ?
