Service was awful. We sat at the table long enough for multiple party’s that were not with us were able to order food and drinks at the same time. Then received food before we even got the drinks. Food tasted great but the entertainment was not there. You go for a show and the chef didn’t talk or play games with the table. All he did was cook. I had to get up from the table to ask for refills after 10 mins of no drink- no server. We asked multiple people to sing our child happy birthday and every room was sung to but ours. I even went to the front and asked them to still come after table was cleared and nothing. Bill was never brought to the table. they made everyone go up front after we all waited. When spoke to the manager and his daughter they sad - oh well we are busy. What do you want me to do about it.. this hibachi used to be the place to go with great service and entertainment. Will not be back and highly DO NOT recommend. Go somewhere else. We went for every occasion and have watched the service and food fall, this was it for us and we will be sharing our experience with everyone.Kid-friendliness: Not there

I can’t even begin to describe just how terrible this place is. The food was awful. The service was even worse. Once the food came to the table I was rewarded with an overwhelming burst of foul flavors. The amalgamation of flavors was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe – sourness battling putridity, with a lingering aftertaste of spoiled seafood. The experience was akin to chewing on a sponge soaked in a blend of rot and regret. Needless to say it was left on the plate. You couldn’t pay me to eat here for free. Trust me when I say you would be much better off taking the risk eating at an Indian street food market where nobody washes their hands.

Disappointed and worse, management blew me off when I complained. We tipped well anyway but we won’t be back. Food was Cold despite the premium price point. This restaurant won’t be around much longer.

We usually love this place however tonight the way we were treated we will NEVER be back. My husband and I decided to eat in the dining room. My husband got the Filet Mignon and it was horrible. The waiter never came to check on us even after we made eye contact. When he finally came to our table he didn't even care that my husband didn't eat but 1 bite. They NEVER tried to make it right. They charged us for his meal. I asked to speak with a manager and they got upset that I requested they not charge us for his meal. They refused to not charge us for his meal. I will never go back. We were happy to pay for everything except the meal which was nasty. The manager came up front and wanted to fight with us. It's not worth charging a loyal customer who has NEVER had a complaint before. We will go to Dawsonville and eat at hibatchi.

I ate here tonight with my family and almost everyone's order was either wrong or forgotten. I got the shrimp hibachi and 2 of my shrimp still had pieces of the shell and a leg on them, which i found out after putting it in my mouth. While eating my food, I pulled out an inch long shaving of metal out of my mouth. We told our server and they offered us only 15% off of our bill or 50% off my meal. Had I not noticed the shard of metal in my mouth, it could have caused me internal bleeding. My family very rarely complains, even if we don't like the food, but this was unacceptable. Other than my shrimp not being fully peeled and the metal in my food it would say it was barely average at best. If you come here I would stick to ordering only sushi.

We went at lunch, so dinner might be a different experience. I found the filet mignon a bit chewy. We ate at the table where they make it in front of you. We were the only ones, and I thought that the cook might be less than enthusiastic. This wasn't the case. Very entertaining and service was great. I thought prices were very reasonable.Overall, it was a good experience.
