I like Kroger a good bit.. but just a helpful comment because emailing managers is not an option. It is annoying when the deli puts the label anywhere near the zipper.. just try to remove one from the area after your staff sticks it right over it.. and i guarantee it is going to rip the bag. Roast beef should be thinner, and it helps to put liners between at least some of a stack of deli product.

went to kroger thompson bridge today. found about 13 items for supper.was about 4 pm. long lines for the computerized check out. computerized checkout malfunctioned. did exactly what it asked me to do and was put in the dreaded "help is on its way" line. i did not need help. but i got it any way. why long lines ? 6 computerized stations closed.are you trying to create customer backlash. lots of grumbling in the line about waiting for a computer.this is hideously bad customer service.our food should been given to us as compensation for this atrocious disregard for customers.shame on you kroger.

Better than the one in Dawsonville just not as cute. The produce is ok, but I like you can find more stuff even with its small size. I also feel their pharmacy service is way superior.

Even on a Saturday morning with the store full there were no registers open except self checkout. Most everyone here is rude, but I've heard the pay is awful so I'm sure they're frustrated. When they are stocking shelves they get in your way and don't care that you are the customer shopping. This happens to me all the time, I try to say excuse me and they usually stare at me and won't move their carts. The store is usually clean so I will give them that. I hate this store but go simply out of convenience. I think the managers aren't paying attention at all or don't care.

I shop Krogers on average 3 times a week. Usually go to the Dawsonville location because it closer to home but stopped by this Gainesville location today on my way home. While I was getting an item off a shelf and there were 2 other customers near me, a lady who was pushing a cart and looked like any other shopper, said Hi to me as I was turning to put my item in my cart and I responded Hi and was trying to make sure I did not know her from somewhere. She pushed her cart up and sort of blocked me from moving and proceeded to start telling me about some Kroger credit card deal. I immediately said I would not be interested. She kept on talking saying it was just an application that she was doing. Again I said no that I did not want to apply for any card. She kept on talking and trying to say there is no money involved today and so on. I again had to say I did not want to apply for any credit card. She was speaking very fast so I had no choice but to listen since she blocked me against a shelf. After I said I was not interested for the third time, she abruptly said ok in a huff and turned around and marched away with her empty cart ! I was so shocked at her behavior and that I was approached like that in a grocery store ! That's not a good way to keep customers coming back to your store! Management should rethink this idea. This lady most certainly is not a people person and should not force a customer to have to listen to her pitch like that. Then I got home and found in the mail the exact same Kroger credit card application! It was not a pleasant reminder of what I went through at the store. I will stick to the Dawsonville location!

I go to this store often, passing others on the way, but think it has lowered its standards. Maybe trying to compete with Walmart? I don't know but lately a lot of new faces in the staff. It is said that people who work in these stores feel they are underpaid. But not much is expected of them in the way of qualifications. Normally I have little contact with staff but recently tried to buy some non-alcoholic wine, being way past the age where verification is needed. But they demanded my drivers license and would not sell a non-alcoholic product without it? Got the same story from someone in management. This is nuts. If they can't figure out white hair means old age, and non-alcoholic is self explanatory...... Do morons set up these procedures to harrass customers? "The machine made me do it?" Unreal.

Rude, incompetent employees in the pharmacy. Don’t plan for online orders or prescriptions to be ready on time or for them to care. Do plan on being overcharged and having to spend time on the phone to get a refund instead of store credit and to have your insurance or Good RX run incorrectly. They are gouging and ripping people off at every turn they can.

If someone blindfolded me and led me into this place I could tell them where I was at because of the stench coming from the fish market that permeates halfway across the store. This place is always crowded and I cannot explain why as the prices are waaaay to high and check outs take waaay too long. They jam you into a tiny self check-out section regularly because they have so few clerks operating registers. Aisles are much too narrow and there's bottlenecks of crowds at every turn, so double mask before you enter this petri dish of humanity.

Apparently this Kroger does not treat their employees very well, help wanted signs all the time. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to stand in line before checking out every trip. Need more cashiers. This Kroger location has gone way down from what it used to be. Like the location but not worth the extra time and hassle. Also always out of stock on items We needed. Need new management. NOW!

I will usually highly recommend the Thompson Bridge Kroger atore, not today. I arrived at 6 pm to pick up my curve side pick up and was informed it will be delayed by 10 minutes. It is 6:40 and I am still waiting in the parking lot for my order to be ready.

This morning it was very early and rainy outside and Quay (I think was his name) was our cahier and he was ABSOLUTELY, a ray of sunshine, on this rainy morning. He was so polite and engaged in conversation with not only me but my children also. He made our morning 100% better. Thank you Quay!

Will not be shopping at this kroger anymore after last Thursday. Picked up my clicklist order and they gave me my receipt I immediately started looking at it because I like to coupon and should of saved a good bit of money. I immediately noticed at the bottom of my receipt two balances one was after my coupons and the second was after $19 and some change was mysteriously added. When I got home I called clicklist back to question the two balances and they said the first balanc
