I live near here and Longstreet is always amazing. Everything about it is amazing and the owner is so nice, he lets my church youth group get free breakfast every Tuesday, and lets my school get free biscuits when we have FCA.

I thought the lady's were suppose to walk around and ask the customers if they need anything. That's what I got used to at dinner time, but I guess lunch is for the lady's to shoot the breeze with the regulars. 1 person talked to a patron for over 20 minutes.

Good breakfast with a plethora of choices from eggs, cheese eggs, bacon, CFSteak,r tenderloin, fried eggs on and on. Its cafeteria style but coffee refills are by waitress who are very friendly and quick to serve. Ambiance is casual cafeteria style. I went in a Wednesday and the breakfast was large . Lots of club and bible stify folks here today. Heavy local presence. If you are looking for where the locals eat breakfast, this is it. You won't be disappointed unless you are looking for low sodium , vegan, options, go somewhere else , Gen Y and Z , this place probably ain't for you.

My absolute favorite place to get some country cooking. The owners are so friendly as well as the staff and the food is always hot and fresh. Their strawberry shortcake and sweet potato casserole are AMAZING. I'm so happy Gainesville has this restaurant. I'm a forever customer.

The greens were probably my favorite, but everything was delicious.I would highly recommend trying if you are in the area.
