We gave this place a try 3 times. The first time, they dropped our pizza on the floor and we had to wait another hour on another pizza. The second time, we ordered delivery. We got the order, got it inside and realized we had the wrong order. The driver wouldn’t pick up the phone neither would anyone at the store. We finally got in touch with their third party delivery service and they finally refunded it after 3 days. Then the third time today, we spent $75 on 2 pizzas and a ziti. Got it home, and realized we had the wrong order AGAIN. This will be the last time I give this place my money.

Ordered deep dish pizza with no pork. Pizza came with pork. Ordered two salads with ranch. 2 orders of Garlic knots. Large 24 inch pizza was great. That was the exception. Salads had hardly any lettuce. They sid not have ranch. Garlic knots had a hair in it. The deep dish came with extra pork. Never even gave us the silverware for the salads. The owner wanted to give us Sprites to cover the cost of the pizza and one salad. Owner was extremely rude.

Does it really matter about atmosphere??? It’s a little hole in the wall, in a strip mall. But when the place smells like heaven, and the pizza is exceptional who cares about atmosphere!! The chairs were comfortable as we waited and the young man helping us was courteous and made an excellent pizza! They have a new customer. ☀️

I never received my three garlic rolls. The caesar salad was brown and translucent from being frozen. Inedible. I didn’t know that pizza crust could be burnt and soggy at the same time but this one was. The pasta was overcooked and under seasoned. I order delivery about twice a week every week and this was by far the WORST food I’ve ever received. When i reached out to them they refused to give me a refund in any of it.

I just moved here from Chicago and I don't expect it to be exact but the deep dish pizza was soggy and the cheese was barely melted. Super disappointed. I also tried their wings and they're just way to gooey like they weren't cooked long enough....I work in the food industry and I'm highly disappointed.

There were two guys working and we came in with a group of twenty five from a sports team. They knocked it out of the park. Give these guys a raise. The place needs to be cleaned up and they couldnt possibly seated us unless they cleaned lots of random stuff off tables. We made a picnic outside and enjoyed good food and good company.

Pizza had great flavor. Garlic rolls were soft, needed some more garlic so when you bit into it, it drips garlic. Now that’s a garlic roll. All in all, I loved the pizza , Great flavor, and nice soft rolls. Definite come back for sure.

Where can I startI spent 100.00+ on three pizzas and some wings.1 Chicago Chicago Style1 Chicago meat lover1 24' margarita pizza12 WingsLet me start out by saying it was the worst Chicago pizza I have ever had delivered, made and or eaten.It arrived cold, cheese not melted soupy dead cold in the middle.Both pizzas!!! How can you not see this...Sausages were cut up links!!! Like Maybe one piece per slice. It was bad.....The wings were good with zero sauce... not sure what happened....When I called the manager it was like yeah we put it in a warmer bag and it cooks the rest of the way.... Not if it's cold... also have me instructions how to heat it up....Everyone of us got diarrhea from eating the food after using the managers instructions.I had three families over from Gainesville...If you go there for anything get the regular New York style pizza it's the only one I would risk my life for eating
