I have ordered from mcalisters a few times now and have NEVER gotten my pickle!!!!I also always have the issue of half my order not being delivered. Get your voicemail system working!!!

This place is ridiculous. We placed an order online and they just decided not to complete our order. We got a thank you for your order and pick up details. But when I got there to pick it up, NO ORDER!!! 35 people didn’t Get to eat lunch because they decided they were too busy to complete our order. No phone call no email, nothing. And No lunch for 35 people that work just has hard as anyone. No one we know will be ordering or eating at ANY Mcalisters again.

Food is very fresh and tastes great. Atmosphere is always chill and the customer service is great also. They have a lot of choices and vegan choices as well.
Ordered potato soup and half sandwich. The soup was terrible taste like dish water. Man has the buyout ruined this place. Half sandwich ordered ham and cheese with mayo, lettuce and tomato not toasted. Came toasted with spicy mustard and mayo no lettuce or tomato. When I checked out it asked for a tip how can they expected a tip with this kind of service. My wife said her potato soap tasted like it had lemon in the soup. Use to love this place last time we will ever eat at this chain. A buyout can ruin a good thing. All the owners care about is money not service are good food. Shame it is a nice clean store but no service and bad food does not get repeat business.

Finally a McAlister’s in Gainesville! They have the best soups and sandwiches hands down. I tried the French Dip for the first time on this visit and loved it. My wife got the McAlister’s Club which is what I usually get. Daughter got the Chicken Salad Sandwich and it was really good too. The Broccoli and Cheddar soup was delicious as always. And you cant forget to grab a Brookie for something sweet. McAlister’s also has the best sweet tea around. As far as the restaurant goes, everything was clean, staff was friendly, and food came out in a timely manner. We look forward to returning to this location!

My Mother took me here for a New Yorker sandwich and she got a French dip. She explained hers can’t have Any black pepper. Well Tiana at the register made sure with manager who double checked going above and beyond.It’s so wonderful to be cared about. I highly recommend McAlisters Deli the food was delicious and again the staff was wonderfulDietary restrictions: Manager verified no black pepper in the French dip
