Jesse Jewell McDonalds in Gainesville GA said their system was down and was only taking cash. Not putting orders in the system. then making everyone pay a few more dollars to roundup so their drawers would be more than enough when the system “rebooted” So overcharging people. Why should we pay more since your system is down? Dont take orders then. They were very rude too when I asked why is my order $3 for a small sweet tea? Im pretty sure this is illegal? The employees may have been pocketing the extra money who knows. I’ve never heard of that ever. Reading the reviews it’s an every day issue makes you wonder what scheme they have going on. Will be contacting corporate

If I could give them no stars I would this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every time I have stopped here for the last 3 months or more for breakfast they only been accepting cash which means people like me that don't carry cash creates an inconvenience. This place needs to hire people that know how to operate the equipment or buy new equipment that works (i.e. credit card machine's) sobthey cam serve all the customers and not just the ones with cash.....do better McDonald's

Lady at the drive thru was so rude and got my order
Went to this location after work it was packed waited in line for over 30 mins just to be next in line to pickup window when 3 teenage boys on foot got infront of us and the lady at the window allowed them to place a order! When we got to the window and my grandmother asked the guy to let the lady know it is illegal to allow pedestrians to place a order at the window and that it was disrespectful to those of us who has been waiting for over 30 mins the guy become very rude and told me 76 year old grandmother she must be a retired hag and must have nothing better to do then began to yell and cuss at us! The lady who allowed them to place the order then came to the window and began to yell at us while throwing her hands up and shooting a bird and said we was holding up the line! When we tried to explain why we was upset and that she held up the line and it was illegal what she did they became aggressive and the guy acted like was going to throw our drink at us and pulled his phone out and began to record us!! Food has been cold and half made several times when we've visited this location
