Visit this location breakfast and lunch times during work week. ALWAYS FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE HERE. It is rare for it to not be that way. Fast pace here. Sweet, hard working folks and constantly cleaning the dining room. Neverending job. Holly and Steele are outstanding! Great personalities and kind. I've seen guest be soooo messy and not wipe up there mess and just walk off. This place is managed well!! The one on Thompson bridge is much slower service and they don't get the amount this one does. I pass it daily to go to the one this one , New Holland , location. Great job and so glad you are close to where I work!!! I get pancakes/ bacon, cheeseburger/ fries, tea, hot fudge Sunday, all delicious AND WITH A SMILE!! WHICH IS SO RARE THESE DAYS!
Today I went to buy a mocha frappe, and the taste was very bad, (be careful I always drink the same thing and I already know the taste) it was with a lot of ice and it tasted more like water than mocha or chocolate, I went to ask for it back to do and they only told me the machine does it, we don't customize anything, I think they should take into account the customer's opinion, they should make me another

The food here is just nasty. They use the same oil for the fries they used for the hashbrowns. The soda taste nasty too. They gave my kid a hash brown in her happy meal

Had to write a review for this location because although their drive through can be a little slow their ice cream machine is always up and their fries are always hot. I have to give props to these employees for not lying about the ice cream machine even late at night.

If I could give it a half star I would had a moble order place 20 min ago and I’m in the restaurant still waiting to get them…… 20 min later and no one has asked if we need anything ….. this place is a joke …..

I wish McDonalds could get on the same page with how the Moccas are made. Unfortunately, this particular McDonalds is absolutely horrible when it comes to making Moccas. If I'm paying 4 plus dollars for a drink I do expect it to be correct. For months now this McDonalds has failed!

I feel into the kids plea, to get the new Wcdonalds, suase I ordered 40 with the suase two large fries ? and a double quarter for the hubs. Asked them for it to be all fresh as I have a 15 min ride they said ok. Get home and no suase even tho it's clearly on the recipt. Asked if it was in there she said yes. Get home to my excited kiddos...no suase at all call back up there oh we're so sorry we saw it on the counter, after you left. But we will not comp but 20 of the nuggets even tho I told her I'd bring all the food back to appease the kids she said come by tomorrow I'll make it rite so I went today and bought the same order 32.00 and took the free nuggies. Asked for it to be fresh again as I'd think 60 nuggets would call for a drop. And I heard her call for a fresh double quarter. Ok go the bathroom thinking 15 min. Nope it was handed to the hubby. And he's in the car. I feel in the bag and it's hot but only the fries were fresh....cmon Guys follow simple directions and this was the same gal, mngnnt.Sincerely,DissatisfactionPs. Disappointing

Went inside but only saw a few guys waiting in line and looking confused as to just what is happening here?? Either way I already knew it was going to be a long wait but just didn’t know that they were so short-staffed that they couldn’t even take more than one inside order in a row??

Not sure what was happening at this McDonalds last night, but had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 quarter pounders with cheese. Drove home, bit into the burgers, and they were not what we ordered, and the burgers were raw. In the trash they went.
This is absolutely unacceptable! While my nephew was eating his nugget from a Happy Meal, he bit down on a bone that was inside the nugget. He could’ve choked or even worse.

The food took for ever and we used the kiosk. Then when asked about the delay the manager was rude and said she didn’t have to explain why and proceeded to have a fit! This was on 2/29/2024 at 5pm. By the time the fries were ready the nuggets were cold. The other people that were eating for their food also said this is normal practice for this location.
