Employees are definitely trained well in the art of “give less, make more profit” the spoon shaking is strong at this location. Literally watched the girl shake the spoon twice till most of the chicken fell back in the pan, asked if I could have a little more than that, said she would have to charge me for extra meat. I had to add a bunch of other stuff just to mentally feel like the bowl had stuff in it for what I was paying for. And then at the register is a tip option, well here is my tip. Stop slighting the customer.

I made a mistake on my online order and the manager was very kind to make it right, even though it was my fault. Very appreciative!
Portions are pretty big with plenty of condiments and sauces to add to the flavor. Had the double steak and quesso bowl. Was satisfied and service was not bad.

Moe's has changed hands in the past year and their quality has certainly dropped. The interior of this store just felt dirty. Even the wrapping of the plastic forks was sticky.
