First off, the delivery driver was wonderful. Very well respectful.Now, the pizza was missing the meatballs. I did not bother calling to complain because nothing will be fixed.The pizza tastes like a Walmart frozen pizza with extra cheese.I try not to complain about small things, but when it becomes to be multiple issues, I have to make it known, hoping it helps others.The boneless wings are terrible quality. I believe walmarts frozen wings have better quality and taste.1 large pizza10 wings$55.40, that's with $10.00 delivery tip.Update: I ate 2 slices. It was so bad I threw away the pizza and wings..I will not order any papa John's anymore. It's too expensive to just throw away.

Great tasting pizza and brownies. Great deals on carry out. I haven’t had Papa John’s in years and it was all that I remembered. Amazing flavor with lots of toppings. The brownie was even better than the pizza., so delicious. Everything was prepared quickly and exactly to order. The location was convenient. My Dad was able to fill up at the attached gas station while I picked up the food. The staff was very friendly. The facility very clean. If I’m in this area again I will definitely be stopping by again.

This is, without a doubt,the best looking pizza that I’ve had delivered in the last 10 years, from anywhere. I don’t know if PJ’s has changed up their processes or if the team at this location are just incredible. Either way they’re batting 1000.

First and foremost, the doordash driver subcontracted by Papa John's decided that they did not need to deliver my pizza to my room, but would just leave it at the front desk. This was after I gave a 25% tip at the time of my order.The pizza itself was luke warm. I called the store manager to resend the tip, but he said it was beyond his capability to do that. if you're gonna sub contract with someone, then you damn well better have a means of protecting your businesses integrity if they fall short of expectations.

I left instructions to hand my pizza to me. The door dash driver left pizza sitting on ground and took off. When I normally order I don’t have an issue don’t know why today was.
Customer service was not great and the drive thru took way too long! I was very upset after speaking with the manager.

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering ( my first time). I was told that I would get my pizza in 25 minutes because I used priority delivery. Over 50 minutes and the pizza is not here. Called the manager only for him to say that he is not working with uber time because he has over an hour window. ?

Order always takes over an hour to come. Ordered at 7:53pm and sajd 35 to 45 min. Finally received at 9:18pm. Food was cold. This has happened more than once. Won't order again.
