I ordered a small pizza that's like 10 inch that's an individual pizza and I sat there and waited and waited for an hour and a half then when I asked them what's taking so long they tell me oh we just started on your pizza and they have no AC so I will never ever eat at this place ever again and it takes a couple of days to get a refund back

This place is dirty and there is only 2 people working they dropped the pizza on the counter and the counter was dirty and they served it to me I also saw bugs on the toppings and everything is dirty and the table was sticky and the chairs there so slow and the sink is dirty it's like they don't even have a janitor I well never go back there again bad experience.

I came in for a quick lunch during this oh so busy holiday shopping season. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed, my food was hot fresh and delicious (veggie pizza on wheat). It was a wonderful break in my busy work day.

Restaurant environment is similar to a Moe’s/Chipotle. They have the ordering station where they have the raw foods in containers ready to cook for your specified order. The wait isn’t extremely long when cooking either. I only had to wait about 17 mins for my calzone. The calzones are average. They’re not like your regular calzones at higher end pizza chains such as Mellow Mushroom, but is a good option if you want something quick and easy. There is dining for those who want to eat their food inside.

We really like the steak and blue pizza here. They have great authentic appetizers like caprese salad and it's a really nice local pizza shop that tastes amazing wayyyyy better than a chain

When ordering two pizzas, multiple items were out of stock. Our chicken caesar salad came out with wilted/brown iceberg and mixed greens lettuce instead of the romaine that was advertised. The manager came out and argued briefly about the lettuce before bringing a fresh salad out, still with iceberg lettuce. We won't be returning.
The food is good but customer service today 6/29/21 was not good.

After an exhausting afternoon of driving and running errands, my friend and I were wiped out. Pizza sounded good but we didn't know the area. Looking at Google maps and reviews wasn't promising - Pazzi's had the kind of menu we wanted, but reviews looked like things were great several months ago, but not recently. Should we give them a chance, they were 100 feet from us!? We decided to go for it. I was nervous about ordering at the counter, and about styrafoam cups with serve yourself drinks, and the mop bucket someone left sitting out in the dining area (even though things seemed clean). But the owner was behind the counter and was working hard. There were Grub Hub orders to get out and he was hustling. The exact pizza we wanted was right there on the menu, no additions or alternations (added cost) needed. There was a big stainless steel pan with gorgeous, orderly risen handmade glistening gusty domes of seasoned dough - each waiting to be turned into what proved the best pizza crust I can remember ever eating. I would have stood there watching this man work with his focused precision concentration- me mesmerized, but even in that moment of awe, I knew somehow it would be rude, it might even throw him off (though I doubted it). Wine wasn't an option with the meal, so we had water, but really we didn't miss the wine at all. There were plenty of interesting non-adult drinks had we been in the mood. Even with several other orders ahead of us, for customers we couldn't see because they were all awaiting drivers to deliver their dinner (note to self for future orders!!!), our glorious meal was brought to us in almost 15 minutes exactly. Oh my heavens!!! I cannot begin to describe that pizza, so I won't try. I will just say that when I think about what a Mediterranean pizza should be in the future, I will be comparing it to Pazzi's. Even though I don't expect others' to come up to the new standard - it's just that now I'll be able to say exactly why the other ones aren't quite right. Naturally, I'll be eating Pazzi's whenever I can, and the shops in that area will benefit from my small amount of business, since I'll try to run future errand days around shopping near Pazzi's, so eating there, or getting takeout, is the easiest option for dinner after another long, tiring day! Bravo, my friend, may you start stacking up those 5 star reviews again, you've definitely earned them, and some very loyal customers, and I only hope the word seriously gets out! Mmmmmmm! ? Thank you so very much- you made my tummy, and my memory of taking that little chance, very happy indeed!!!

Hands down my favorite pizza place in the world. No other pizza place around here does a Steak & Blue pizza like they do! Would highly recommend. Not sure why some people have left negative reviews, personally we’ve never had any problems and the pizza is always top notch!
