Management and employees are confrontational, rude, and non apologetic about the service and quality of food. 5th time and neither visit was positive. Refused refunding order and I’m always waiting for food, missing food or complaining about messed up orders… WILL NEVER order from here again. I’ve complained to corporate… will see how that transpires…

The worst service I have ever seen in my life. They never give what they ask for, the staff yells at the customers and they still make you wait because they are talking to their colleagues. 02/10/24 I reiterate it again, it is the worst restaurant you can find, they never give you what you ask for, it is so difficult to read how the customer wants pizza??? And the manager is the worst of the worst there can be, I hope that when they go to a restaurant they treat them the same as they treat their customers to see if they will like the same treatment. The worst of the worse. I thought they had already done something to improve it but I see that the comments don't care.

Went to this Pizza Hut and saw a young whippersnapper by the name of Tony Vasquez, and he gave me the best service of any fast food give this boy a raise.

This was a super clean place to eat and the poor guy was working all by himself . We ordered a lot of food and he still, all by himself got it accomplished. He was very friendly and we enjoyed conversation in between his customers. It amazes me how many people came in there to cancel their on line orders ...this puts people like him in a bind because he has to pay for it once they cancel their orders. So if Y'all ever go into this particular Pizza Hut or any other establishment be kind to the worker behind the counter. This guy was working his butt off .

Spent my lunch break in traffic only to get there for the man working to sit in the dining area on his phone while I stood at the counter for 5 mins or more. When he was finished doing whatever he was doing he asked if it was dine in or carry out. I said did you know see me standing here all this time? I thought he was waiting on an order too. I did not get my food so I can’t speak on that. I will never go back there.

When we arrived, there were two employees standing near the entrance having a conversation, completely ignoring us. We had to go up to them and ask to be helped to which one employee becomes annoyed and goes to the back to find someone else to help. The girl took our order at the counter and brought our food out in pizza boxes with paper plates. When we asked for red pepper flakes, she said it would cost $1.60. We also had to clean off the table before eating since it had crumbs all over it. The two other employees continued to sit at another table while the girl did everything else by herself. The only redeemable part of eating here was the quality and taste of the pizza.
