I ordered on January 11th and was charged for my order that I never received. I was told It'd be refunded to my account and it's been 2 weeks and still no refund or even a call to make things right.

If I could I’d get ahold of the owner of this store and tell him just how unreliable and unprofessional his employees are after 5:00 pm eastern time I placed an order around 6:55 waited 3 hours for any type of response and none what’s so ever and it’s really frustrating when I waste my hard earned money on a corporation who’s main goal in professionalism is customer satisfaction this has happened 4 times now and I hope that if anyone reads this please find a different or a more recommended pizza joint because I am a 6 minute drive from the store and that’s including traffic and traffic lights and such but an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes which turns out to be 3 hours or well never in my case is just highly highly unprofessional way to run any business and if any management or employee sees this I hope you know that this store will be getting a heaping mound of trouble for this

Order $30 worth of pizzas online for pickup - a hand tossed 2 topping and a pan style super supreme. When I got to this store, my pizzas were ready, but upon inspection, I found that one was NOT a pan pizza. I got the attention of one of the employees and noted my concern. He referred me to the manager. The manager told me that the pizza was indeed a pan pizza as she had taken it out of the pan herself. You can see by the photos, neither is a pan pizza. She argued with me without resolving theissue. I took the pizza and told here that I would not be coming back - to which this “manager” was perfectly content. My advice: Avoid this was Pizza Hut. The manager has no desire to provide a respectable product or service.

The online menu for the restaurant I ordered from listed pasta dishes and as that is what my granddaughter wanted ordered a dish. When picking up was told they discontinued the pasta due to poor sales. When asked why it was still on the online menu they could not provide an answer. Had to go to a different place for additional food.

The order went through and I got a confirmation email saying that it would be ready at 12:25. The tracking said they were making my pizza. I called at 12:50 to see where it was and she said they were closed. No one notified me and the whole time my tracker said in progress. The employee said nothing to help or explain why. It was a very rude experience.

Would give 0 stars if we could! I enjoy the little girl answering that just keeps hanging up the line back to back. Talk about call avoidance. Don't order delivery with the app at all, these employees don't have an ounce of respect to call people and let them know of the automatic cancelled orders. Just let the app keep showing its being made! And it's every time with this store. They shouldn't even allow online orders if you don't have drivers. And if you don't, atleast call the customers.

Ordered the triple treat box and while the pizza and breadsticks where good the cinnabon's where undercooked and felt raw in the center. Nothing like raw dough so yummy.. i wouldn't recommend the triple treat box, skip the cinnabons and get yourself some ice cream or something from somewhere else.

Placed order for delivery at 6:36PM, at 8:05 still had not received. Called and was told all delivery orders had been canceled!! No delivery persons. Received no call, no text, nothing, just canceled! Pizza Hit just lost our business!

These guys are absolutely trash. We ordered food and waited about 40 minutes, said it was delivered, then when we never got it, we called them and the girl who answered was being mean and she said the system was down so they didn't get the order, even though we were already charged for the pizzas. So sure, still being nice to this rude person who answered the phone, we wanted to place an order anyways and then she said they were out of our ingredients anyways. She lied to us for sure, and when we asked for a refund, she said we will get it back in 5 days. Screw these people. Never order from this store.

I should have figured it out when my first call was hung up on when trying to order. After calling back to place my order, they told me delivery would be 45 minutes. That is well within reason for a late afternoon on friday. But 5 minutes after hanging up, they call me back after running my credit card, and tell me their delivery driver is out. I understand companies being short handed, but why not tell me that up front. Very disappointing.

For the second time in two weeks I attempted to make a delivery order from this location. Both times I was able to place the delivery order online but then was called and told they didn’t have any delivery drivers and I could either pick it up myself or my order would be cancelled. The first time was in the middle of the day on a Friday and I was able to go pick it up even though it was very inconvenient for me. The second time was a Tuesday night at 6:30pm and I had three kids needing a bath and to get bedtime soon and couldn’t pick it up so then was forced to cancel. It is beyond ridiculous. I understand being short staffed ok, it happens but Pizza Hut should at least disable the ability for customers to make an online delivery purchase if no drivers are available and not have employees call later after time and efforts have been wasted. Had I seen no delivery available, I would have gone to another pizza delivery option then instead of wasting time placing an order. Will not be attempting to order from this location ever again.

I ordered the pizza and charged my card at 9:30 PM. The local Pizza Hut location called me and said they were closed after I spent a long time figuring out the order. Had to go to Dominos.

We got a confirmation of our order and received an update from the tracker. We were supposed to receive our pizza at 12:00pm. At 12:15 we had not gotten our pizza. I called the store. They were not helpful at all. They told me they had just opened and that they did not have any orders. We will not be using Pizza Hut again. The system should not have let us order if the restaurant was not open.

Pizza Hut let me order online. Pizza Hut on Thompson Bridge was closed. Thank God I said pay at store but good lord Pizza Hut, get your shizz together! This place went to hell in a hand basket!
