We're so happy our local Pueblo's has reopened! We came within days of their reopening and were disappointed to find that there was almost a 45 minute wait, but when we found out it was because they had all new staff and were still working out the kinks of basically starting over as a brand new restaurant, we decided to stay and wait. So glad we did! The manager's honesty/transparency about their situation definitely helped with everyone's patience. That kind of thing goes a long way with me!It was great to see the managers on the floor helping their staff, waiting on customers, and everyone was wearing headsets and in constant communication with each other. Servers were all helping each other, they were bussing each other's tables, the food was as delicious as it's always been, and the atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect for a Friday night. This Pueblo's will be back to their old normal in no time. It's very well run, their new staff all seems to be polite and competent, and their food quality hasn't changed at all. It's a 5/5 for me. :)

This restaurant is closed. The signs on the windows say it is due to water damage. I rated it one star because I can't honestly rate a restaurant that is closed. I don't know if this is permanent or temporary, but it has been this way for several months. Leaving this building closed up with water damage will cause the air inside to become unhealthy, and produce molds. It is my hope that the owner of this shopping center steps in soon, before it becomes a public safety hazard, and irreparable. This is a shame. The restaurant was very popular, and the food was good.

My family and I come here fairly often due to the location, but there is always something that is not right about the visit. The food is good, customer service could definitely be improved on, and the atmosphere is very dull.

We frequent Pueblos and like the food and service. Watch out for the 38% upcharge for using the order online Chow Now link. My detailed receipt showed bill was $33.82 and my credit card was charged $46.59. This was NOT a delivery, we drove to pick up the order. Pueblos should drop this overpriced service.

I eat here at least once a week. It's always wonderful.Parking: There is enough parking as long as each person, in restaurant, doesn't need a space.

I have never been so disrespected in my life the management was so disrespectful I recorded our conversation and she attacked me. Putting words in my mouth I know help is hard to get so we all look over bad customer service. And we shouldn't. One young man red curly hair a bit on the heavy side with has a potty mouth like I never heard anywhere. No respect for ladies obviously. I never heard a manager being sorry immature, I tried to speak with her and well you'll heard the recording. I love there food and employees but management has never taken a course in customer service or been taught confrontation isn't where you start a conversation.Pueblos Mexican restaurant at Kroger Thompson bridge Rd

We ordered our food online and when I got the the restaurant to pick it up at the time they told me it wasn't ready. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked what was taking so long and the waitress said we gave her the wrong name on the phone. We didn't even talk to anyone at the restaurant we ordered online. The food was cold and had been setting on the counter the entire time.

Good 'Tex-Mex' style food. Comparable to other similar establishments -- not true Mexican food, but if you like 'Tex-Mex' it will suit you. Service is excellent!

We are relatively new to Georgia and have been trying a few of the local Mexican restaurants. Our favorite regular spots are Casa Del Taco, and Señor fiestas. But we wanted to try out some different places so we went to Pueblo's on Thompson's Bridge. Kudos to our waiter, he was very kind and accommodating. My 4-year-old grandson ordered from the kids menu, and even he turned away the pizza which turned to be soggy and inedible. Unfortunately the food quality was very Bland, hardly tasting like Mexican food at all. Quantities were fine but without the quality nobody really ate much of anything. And the price is not that much different than the local places we have been hitting. Though very close to home, I think I'd rather drive a longer distance or a better meal. Just my opinion

We were seated quickly. We sat for 12 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. We still have yet to get chips and salsa. We got our drinks (now 19 minutes in) and the waiter asked for our order, no chips and salsa. We ordered our dinner which was a simple soup and 2 tacos. I asked the waiter if they were out of chips and salsa. I was told he would have them out asap. Another 6 minutes passes and a random female in a black vest asked if we had gotten chips and salsa (lol). NO...do you see any on our table? She brought chips and salsa. At this point I'm thinking our order should be out. After 48 minutes, I left $5 for my beer and we left. The manager walked by our table numerous times as well as our waiter. It was the WORST service ever. The sad thing is, we've been coming to this restaurant for 2 years and loved it. The past 3 times the service and quality of food has declined. We will never go back and recommend you to take your money elsewhere.
