Came in in the afternoon on a weekday. Place is a couple blocks from my MIL's place so I wanted to swing by and give it a look. I was the only one there during this time. Free sample of the three bottles they distill. Also had a list of cocktails available to purchase as well. The owner/manager(?) was very friendly and attentive. Very cute & modern distillery. All 3 of their bourbons/whiskeys are great. Surprisingly smooth! We stopped here as a harvest host stay, and they gave us a taste of each. Cocktails are only $8 and good too! If you're spending the night, be prepared for loud nightclubs/trains all night. It's fine if you are a heavy sleeper.

Had a great time at Remedy Distillery in Gainesville last night. Live music outside with picnic tables covered in table cloths-nice set up if you want to bring your own food. They also bring in food trucks for certain event. Free tasting inside and a specialty cocktail menu. Gotta check it out - very relaxing. Oh yea, the bourbon is very smooth!
