Though I ordered the Reuben sandwich which actually a Rachel as it had pastrami on sour dough bread instead of corned beef on rye. The sandwich was very good and would order again. Service was very good and would go back again.

The dining area was clean. The young man who took my order was nice. He made sure my chips were not crushed (he noticed the first bag he grabbed was not right). After that, it's all downhill. I get toasted sandwiches are a bit crunchy, but when you overtoast stale bread, what do you get? Croutons. Hard, drier than Death Valley croutons. With a small amount of dry meat, a smaller sprinkle of cheese, and a shmear of sauce so tiny, you can't taste it, you have before you a giant flavored crouton. The roof of my mouth will need a week to recover. I should have thought twice when the 12 noon lunch rush was myself and three other people.
Great food, great service. Dipping the sandwich in the tomato basil soup is a must.

Came to pickup a delivery order and there was a blonde guy working there at the time. He didn’t say a word to me, as I proceeded to leave I noticed in the bag was an empty cup. He didn’t even tell me to make sure to fill the drink, and it was a large tea. I go to fill the drink, and no tea was made. They were completely dead so they definitely had time to make tea, just seemed like they didn’t want to. Very unfriendly. I’m not ever going to eat here. I didn’t appreciate the service.

Schlotzsky’s itself is a wonderful sandwich chain, however, the people running this particular one are not doing a very good job. They messed up both online sandwich orders. They then told me they would fix one while I waited forever and then I finally just left when no one showed up to do anything about it. They were using day-old stale bread instead of fresh baked. Need we say more?

Sandwiches were really good and a lot of fillings. Soup was way too expensive for $5 and half of a 8oz to go container filled. Even if it was full, way too expensive for soup.Medium sodas are diabetes medium, enormous.
