The baristas are rude and unaccomidating, I tried to order 2 Frappuccino's but these ladies told me they couldn't do it?? Also they were yelling at the customer in front of me and talking trash about her the whole time they were making my 4 machiattos. I'm a server and that is not good customer service. I live 5 minutes from this starbucks but would honestly drive the extra 10 minutes to go to dunkin instead because they are so awful.

I'm not real into the weird coffee flavors but I do really enjoy the dark roast coffee.and that's what I order..everything was fine service and coffee..its always a bit more pricey but it's Starbucks so there ya go..

2-11-23 i Stood at the counter for 8 minutes prior to anyone acknowledging me. Yes they were making drinks but to no one even acknowledge me, unacceptable. I ordered a venti vanilla bean frap w/ 3 shots. I Received a tall, so i told the girl who made it that it's supposed to be a venti, She didn't even apologize, she just turned around in frustration and threw it away and made me another one. Only this one looked like it had 1 shot of expresso. At this point I've waisted 20 min of my life on terrible customer service and crappy coffee. She needs to find a new job.

Anna K and her co-worker ignored me while shifting weirdly behind the counter for a good 3-5 minutes” I guess she’s just going to stay there”… yes. Because I’m trying to place an order. Then proceeded to complain that my drink had too many steps to make to her co-worker right in front of me. I honestly kept thinking,.. surly she’s joking. Hopefully she was. Either way. This is not acceptable in front of someone who’s giving you money.

Good coffee right in the Kroger store with a convenient restroom nearby which was great. Took a wicked dump. Good coffee does that to me.

The last 4 times I've been theyre not open. Google says their hours are 5:30-8:30 and has even been confirmed by the business supposedly. Don't waste your time going, because more than likely... they're not open
