I WAS OVER CHARGED

Jenn

I walked in tonight at 8:00 PM (12/21/23) after my sister placed an order. She picked up her order and I went over to the counter to place an order for myself. The only woman there rushed to the back, disappeared for ten minutes, then came back out and said she would be 'written up unless she did all her work now' and wouldn't let me purchase anything. I was craving Subway badly and ended up having to leave. It was rude and unprofessional and a massive disappointment. I don't know if I'll ever go back now.

Here at 12:30 pm, 10 people in line, 1 employee on duty. Unacceptable. Finally put in my order after 15 minutes in line. Only 2 types of bread and no tuna made up. On a Monday.

Girl slicing meat was texting with the same gloves on, was standing around oblivious to the other employees that needed to use the toaster which she was standing in front of.

This rating has nothing to do with the store or its owners. I used to love Subway, but after the wokeness of the Megan Rapinoe clown-show...I have not been back. I will not go back. But Subway does have good sandwiches at a good price.

One guy ahead of me on lunch break and we waited 30mins to even order. The girl was alone and that means subway should shut down for the day. because people get crazy with one employee!!It was a pitiful site and one sub and a small drink was$16.(week of 6/30)

I’ll start by saying this is my first google review and it’s not something I take lightly but, eventually, enough is enough. I have never seen a more poorly ran food service establishment in my life. IF, on the off chance the location is open (changes daily) you are lucky if they have anything to actually serve you. For example, today 12/13/22 I visited and, for the last and final time, was let down by this place. After standing in line for an extended period of time with only one employee working I was told they had 1 flatbread available or artisan white bread that had just come out of the oven so it would be too hard to cut at the moment. IT WAS 12 NOON! Why did no one prepare for the day ahead? Did no one anticipate that customers would want bread for a sandwich during the lunch hour? Just like my clothes reeked of the classic subway bread when I left (although it wasn’t available to me) this place reeks of POOR MANAGEMENT. Do better new owners, or close and let someone else occupy this currently wasted block of space.

Zero stars!!! This location is literally never open. So annoying!!! I want to know how runs this location and how to speak with the owner. This is ridiculous!!!

Just went again and they are closed!!!! Just close the dang store. They are never open. I’ve been there many times with a sign on the door saying they are closed with the lights on. Also the drink dispensers never work. Better off going to Publix down the street.

Weeks ago, I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at 5:15pm there was a hand-made sign that said “sorry, closed”. I have sent several emails to Subway help to get my money back, and just now I drove to the location at 2:45pm to see if they could give me a refund in person. Again, lights on, door locked. I’ve learned better than to order from this store, but it shouldn’t be impossible to get a refund back on a $30 order.

Due to lack of help, the dining room is closed. The 1 person that WAS WORKING did an "ok" job making my sammich. Oh, the portions are visibly getting smaller and (although I didn't have to), I "felt" like I was begging. (I know, i don't like using that particular word either). But, when I asked for more than 4 olives on my sammich...it seemed like I was asking for the worker to do EXTRA WORK.
