1 Star to open this dialogue. This is THE poorest excuse for a Subway restaurant in the entire United States. I have patronized a multitude of Subway restaurants over the last 20 years. I ordered a double meat, double cheese roast beef and provolone on white foot long. Things went down hill when I saw the attendant had installed a total of 4 THIN slices (on a foot long) of roast beef and 2 slices of cheese. When I questioned if this was correct, the attendant said yes it was. I told her it was NOT Subway's policy to build so little into their sandwiches, and I was willing to pay extra to have the sandwich made to order. She became belligerent, screamed for the manager (in the back), dropped my sandwich onto the counter, and walked away retorting she wasn't fi'in to deal with this a$%hole! At this point I walked away, leaving the whole thing to Subway. This particular establishment will never receive a single penny of my money, and I hope folks read this before attending such an unreasonably poor excuse for a fast food handling service! Subway Corporate, please look into this location and remedy their problem or CLOSE it down.

This location is one of the WORST PLACES I've been to. The Abby and Annie has a VERY NASTY attitude. I waited 5 to 10 minutes for her to come out of the back. She started throwing around my food, didn't want to make the sandwich like I wanted it, told me she would give me the stuff on the side to fix like I wanted it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. VERY NASTY attitude. She should be fired.

Made trip to this location today. The employee was very unprofessional to me. Told her need wash her hands but proceeded to apply gloves. Felt like knew hands need wash before applying gloves. Never will return this location ever bad service on hand employee. Needs be addressed.

I HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH A RUDE WHITE WOMAN THAT JUST RUINED MY ENTIRE DAY. I SIMPLY ASKED FOR ONE STRAND OF MAYO INSTEAD THIS GIRL QUICKLY SQUEEZES A HOLE LOT OF MAYO THEN SQUEEZES MUSTARD QUICKLY AFTER THEN I SAY BUT I DIDNT SAY MUSTARD AND I ONLY ASKED FOR INE STRAND OF MAYO AND THIS WOMAN TELLS ME SHES NOT GOING TO SERVE ME BECAUSE “IM” BEING RUDE THEN I ASK FOR MANAGER AND SHE TELLS ME SHE’S THE GENERAL MANAGER AND OWNS THE STORE . Young lady behind the counter was rude, she started off with what do you want like I had done something to her. Then started making my sandwich and asked did I want it toasted, when I told her I wanted to add some bell pepper and onion before she toasted it. She then said do you want it toasted again while I was trying to tell her to add the other things before she put it in the oven, while waiting for my sandwich to come out I asked her was she having a bad day? She said and I quote “I don’t do small talk” like I’m sorry, I asked how you were if you work in customer service there is no reason to be like that. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Young lady behind the counter needs serious customer service training. Didn’t greet me, acted like she didn't want to be there, basically shoved my sandwich in my hand and didn’t offer me a receipt.

ANNIE AT SUBWAY!!!!!!! I placed an online order and the order was very good. The only problem I had was with the worker. I walked in as it was my first time ordering at this subway and the worker did not greet me. She looked at me and I told her I was picking up an order. She proceeds to tell me in a rude yelling tone "ITS RIGHT THERE." I looked at her in confused as to why she was being rude when I had just arrived. She then repeats herself "ITS RIGHT THERE!" and pushes my sandwich towards me. I don't know about you all but it is courtesy to hand people their stuff in their hands not pushing it to them. I proceeded to ask her about my drink and chips as she did not hand me a cup, she told me to grab the cup and chips myself as "we do not do that for you here" She made my visit very unpleasant. Annie, you need to get a better attitude, you were rude, and mean.
