Ordered a to go salad from this location today. There was a long black hair stuck in the side of the container. They also just threw a couple of pieces of lettuce on top. The receipt that was attached to the container was covered in buffalo sauce.

Placed an online order. Drive to pick it up and the 2 employees had the store closed early. They canceled our order and didn’t notify us at all. My money has not been refunded! Worst service ever!!

Whoever was working night on January 6th, should not be working there. He made two simple orders horribly wrong and told my partner everything that’s going wrong with his life, which made him very uncomfortable. This was a horrible experience.

Do not bother and stop there unless you want to get poisoned and or sick there is not proper food handling being done in that restaurant, some of the food growing bacteria and should have been thrown out. Management visible and didn't care. Sad for a subway, but I'm noticing it through out the east coast.

We had lunch here 2 weeks ago on Jesse Jewel Parkway near Gainesville, GA. Restaurant #18114. We quite going because of poor service and poor food quality. Now Subway is spending a fortune on high end athlete's telling us about the new subs and how great the food is. NOT. Subway should spend that money on employees and food quality. Subway used to have a signature smell of fresh baked bread when you walked in. Not at this location. I ordered #30 the beast and they had a special with double the provolone cheese. Double apparently means that you get both halves of (1) slice of provolone. The bread was stale and the taste was passable. My wife ordered #17 roast beef and was equally unimpressed. One of their commercials claim they slice their meet but we never saw that and now there is a steel cover so that you can't even see the meat anymore. We won't be back. Like I said take your millions you are spending on athlete's and pay your employees and fix your food. And yes we had to clean our own table because every table was dirty.

I ordered two sandwiches online on subway app and it allowed me ordering online and I used BOGO50 off the store person didn’t honor that and didn’t give the sandwiches and during the course of arguing with me and he threatened me to leave the store and ill treated me, he was very rude and don’t even know how to talk to customer. This is the far most worst experience I ever had in my entire life. Never visit this place. I think the store manager should be replacing this server.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. This store is never fully staffed. Upon entering the store, the floor and work areas were disgusting. I wanted to order a meatball sub. No meatballs. Ok Turkey sub then. Upon getting up to the toppings. No lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and almost every other container empty. I said you don't have anymore topping you can restock? We do but they are in the back and we don't have time right now. If I'm paying the same price for a sandwich regardless of the toppings I'm getting, it's a complete ripoff. Can you go get them? I can't we are helping customers. "I am a customer"!!!! Complete attitude from the staff and laziness. Upon entering the store I heard the workers telling other customers about customer just walking out. I have given this location time and time again and each time it's the same thing. Yeah I could stop going to the location but it near my home and I'm hoping the owner or manager will step up and do better. Might as well close this location if you can't keep it staffed, stocked and clean! I'll never give this location another chance.

I have been to at least 40 different Subways in my life, and I have to say this is my best experience at one. Both of the guys working there were really good at customer service and Hunter made me a custom meatball and pepperoni sub that was fantastic!Then, after I left the review, our car would not start and Hunter came out to help us fix it!

Food is usual good. However as of late the store is closed with 5 hrs left till closing and employees hanging out in the back doing nothing. And when customers knock and ask they are turned away. If owners or management doesn't solve this issue this subway will go under due to poor staffing. I had to go to the one on Thompson bridge.Employee there has been told the employees are just hanging out in back and shuts the doors. I would advise using another business that actually wants it.

Seem to have a little issue on getting online orders correct as far as condiments and veggies. I've ordered this way three times and something was either missing or wrong. I'm a good Tipper way above 20% and I don't believe I got in the service or what I paid for.******UPDATE********THIS LAST VISIT WAS PERFECT!!!!!The management was very receptive to my issues and I have to say they nailed it this time!WE LOVE SUBWAY and the Friday buy 2 get 1 free works out perfectly for the three of us.Can't say enough good about this visit and hope our visits to follow will be the same experience.I believe they earned even more of a tip then I paid!Thank you againSTEVEIE C
