We came inside, got greeted, and got sat down at our table. Madison was our waitress. We ordered our drinks and got them, so we took forever to order our food. Madison came and took our order. Madison went outside on her phone, and we were waiting. We wanted to make sure we ordered the right thing and couldn't see Madison anywhere. We had to ask another waitress to make sure our food was right. Another waitress brought our food and made sure we had the right order. We ate the food was amazing. We were ready to pay had to wait cause no one would give us our check or to go box. Eventually we paid and left. It wasn't something we expected.

As with any chain, the food is good but often a bit salty, or in my case, oversold the heat.But, nothing was poor at all. Brussel sprouts are great, nachos are tasty, chicken tinga tacos are good - needs citrus - and the oven baked wings are great!However, service was a welcome surprise. We opened the door for conversation with our server and she jumped right in while simultaneously providing excellent wait service. Manager even gave us a free dessert for it being our first time in.Brightly light, music not too loud, plenty of TVs; not much else you could ask for from a local watering hole and sports hub.Highly recommend coming to hangout.

We went last Saturday for first time, we were a party, the waitress was really rude don’t remember her name, she took our drinks while we wait past like 20min and never brought our drinks. Somebody order a beer and just throw it in the table, then she took our order and never came, we saw like 4 tables living and we never got our food we wait like 2 hours and never brought it, we have to cancel the order and she wanted that we pay the food without eating. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! Never come back here again, first time and not a good impression.

Had a cheese burger and fries. I built it how I wanted with all the toppings I asked for. Great food and great server.Tonight I had the Silver Comet. Wow! What a great burger! Perfectly cooked and built! Will be doing that again!

Food was delicious! My son said his nachos were the best he’s ever eaten, my medium classic buffalo wings were great and the fry lemon pepper were amazing. Best server ever! She was attentive and quick. We will be back!
This is my first time ever eating here and the food was excellent and the waitress was very friendly.. my Friend and I will be coming back... The only thing that I had a problem with was the music was a little loud , we had a hard time talking to each other.

She answered all of our questions, and gave all the time needed for us to decide what to eat, it was a very hard choice. Everything looked, sounded great in a relaxing atmosphere. We will most definitely be back again!!
