“Nice restaurant decor, great service. Plentiful selections on menu. Had a lunch burrito that sounded tasty. Food came out piping hot & plentiful however an ingredient listed on the menu which helped me make the decision to order that item wasn't inside the burrito. This was disappointing as mex beans are part of what makes the dishes so good along with the rice sides. The chips were fresh and the salsa hotter than most places serve. In general El Sombrero could have been better but worth a second visit to see if this was just a fluke experience. We'll see.Parking: Strip mall off enota drive with many spaces available.“
“This Restaurant has been My Favorite to come and Celebrate My Birthday! They have karaoke, and live music, every time my friends and I go there, we enjoy so much. The Food Is Really Good, I usually order the same thing all the time (Fried Shrimp), service has been getting a lot better, come and Try it out yourself ?✌️ The Owner Mirella Is Super Nice, and she will make sure you have a Pleasant Lunch/Dinner ?“
“My parents and I ALWAYS have the best experience at this Chili’s! From the hosts to the servers to the manager, the people who work here provide consistently wonderful, attentive, and friendly service. The food is always perfectly cooked and the chips and salsa is my favorite around. Highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Everything needed to enjoy a dependably yummy Moe’s burrito was provided and stocked for us and all other costumers! The service provided was very welcoming and excellent. “Welcome to Moe’s!!”Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Sundays!!“
“This place has a special place in my heart. Back when I used to go to Gainesville college (before it became UNG), my friends and I would come here for their pupusas. For just $8 bucks (back then) or less, it would be enough to fill us for the day. I came when it first opened and the interior is still the same. It's dark and not a place I would say cozy. The only thing on their menu that I always come back and back again is their tamales. It's different than the regular tamales that you're used to. It's made out of potatoes instead of corn so the texture is soft and melts in your mouth. Their seasoning is just right; actually, it's perfect in my opinion. Since my UNG/Gainesville day, I have moved to Cali and have tried high and low, near and far, all the Salvadorian places I can find. No places tamales match this place. Every time I come home to GA for a visit, I would always make sure to stop by. I had their pupusas and tacos before but it's been awhile. I remember them tasting pretty good. Maybe I should order some next time. Their melon drink is the best. Not too sweet, not too strong in melon flavor. Its honestly perfect in my option.“
“Timeline:Arrived at 6:16Seated and drinks at 6:17Drinks arrived at 6:18Food orders taken at 6:221st round Food arrived at 7:40Re order arrived at 7:43Greeted upon arrival and seated immediately. Very friendly staff with a great waitress. I ordered the smokehouse pick 3 with honey chipotle crisps, smoked jalapeño cheddar sausage, and a half order of brisket quesadilla. My oder also comes with fries and a garlic toast. Some time after we had all ordered one party members order couldn’t be made so we were let know and the order had to be changed.First round came out and the reorder only arrived slightly later. Manager came to table personally to apologize and explain that the chili was going through a change of vendor and compensated with a different item, fantastic guy very friendly! We realized we were missing a max and cheese and let someone know that we just didn’t want it and to take it off the bill. Again our service was excellent!!!Fries 5/5:Crispy and potatoey! Good temperature with a fantastic salty seasoning, a great fry!Brisket quesadilla 5/5:Top edge crispy and crunchy to perfection, brisket soft and squishy due to the shredded cheese, very great with sweet, savory, and Smokey sauce!Garlic Soft no crunch taste like it was the oven bankable from Walmart .Cheddar jalapeño sausage 5/5:Perfect snappy casing casing filled with juicy meaty inside with hot spicy kick and cheesy counterpart. Fantastic sausage!Honey chipotle chicken 3.9/5Sweet with a small spicy flavor and kick, chicken dispute it’s looks not very crispy for being “crispers” very flavorful but not fantastic, overall a decent tender!Total: 4.18/5“
“I've driven past this place a gazillion times and haven't popped in, but I was craving Mexican tonight and they're close to home. Best decision ever!Service - Excellent! Not only was our waitress an absolute sweetheart, but I noticed other servers keeping an eye on each other's tables and clearing plates on tables that weren't theirs. Definitely seemed like a true 'team' of people who work well together.Food- Amazing! I tried a new dish (Chile poblano) and was very pleasantly surprised by it! To clarify- it was new to me, not new on their menu. It was flavorful and very filling! I sampled my husband's Tamales Verde and I would totally order them for myself. They serve pretty good sized plates at a decent price (comparable to most other restaurants in this area). We left full and happy! Zero complaints!Atmosphere- Perfection! They had live entertainment tonight - a gentleman with a guitar and music setup and he has such a soothing and pleasant voice. I could listen to him sing all night. He did lots of old songs that I wanted to sing along to but I had a mouthful of food. Lol.This is 100% a place my family will return to. I think the singer said he's there on Friday nights, so I guess I'll make sure that's when we visit again. ?Dietary restrictions: I asked for no sour cream or cheese on my son's plate, letting them know he's dairy-free, and they happily obliged.“
