Absolutely the worst service we have ever had here . Food was not cooked to order . We had to ask other servers to get our needed items … I was charged extra for a to go drink when I wanted coffee refill and the pot was already cleaned for the night !!! What !!!! I know now as I had forgotten why we haven’t eaten here in years !!! I don’t know how a restaurant runs when all the servers are gathered laughing and horsing around like they aren’t even at work . Just done .

The hostess was abhorrent!!! They couldn't communicate above a whisper, and with the loud atmosphere, meant she wasn't being heard at all!! My wife had to ask several times to verify whether we were accidentally buzzed to the front (it was busy and we've been accidentally buzzed before) since there were several groups milling about, aimlessly crowding around the counter. Once that was sorted out and we found our booth, our waitress was fantastic (even pointing out that the person working hostess was a manager ?!!!) I ordered a filet and she got a sirloin...hers was undercooked and mine was overcooked. The waitress is the ONLY reason we will consider going back. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name...

Food and Myia (waitress), was really good. But the front desk where you come in (kk), was rude and horrible. The manager was no better. I will take my business elsewhere. Got there at 3:03. Plenty of step up booths for older customers were available. With a new hip replacement, the step up is easier to get up and down. The only worker that will not help assist is KK. This makes about the fifth time this has happened. And it's only with her. She needs to be in the back and not out front with customers.

We love Texas Roadhouse. Family friendly, good atmosphere, and great food! This location had wonderful service, we will be back again.Kid-friendliness: Not too loud but loud enough inside for kids lol. Extremely kid friendly restaurant!

We had carry out. So I can't give a full account of the atmosphere except for when I came in to get my order. We got the Road Kill. Baked sweet potato and house salad. Lots of food. Delicious. My only complaint would be the doneness of my steak. Ordered it well done. There was still a lot of pink.

Usually really good maybe new kifchen staff ??...Order of beef tips had no rice or mashed potatoes. 6oz ribeye had so much gristle. Manager and staff was apologetic and took the ribeye off the bill. Thanks!

This place has the nicest staff ever and the people are awesome not really that huge of a fan of the country atmosphere but they do a good job at keeping it out of your face.Parking: The parking is hard to find but still possible to find on the edge of the parking lot.
