This was the worst customer service that I have experienced. The waitress was so nasty with her attitude that we left and didn't order. The manager was right beside us at the register and didn't say a thing. We were happy at first because they have just remodeled but we were disappointed at our waitress. Hopefully we will go back again in hopes we get a waitress that at least acts like she wants to be there.
The workers at 129 South's & Candler Hwy's are awesome, funny, & very attentive. Especially cool when I wake up before dawn and can't fall back to sleep because I feel I need to get things done.Thank you!!!Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They are very patient with kids. I'm kind of a big kid myself. Talking to everyone like I am their Public Relations rep. LoLWheelchair accessibility: Definitely. There is still some good people in this world I went into this Waffle House late one night when I was just getting over pneumonia and the staff was very considerate and friendly my Waffle was wonderful and I couldn't get my digital Visa card to work in the cook actually paid for my meal it could not have happened at a better time and I just wanted to give them a shout out they are probably the nicest people I have ever met at a Waffle House keep it up ! #Goodpeoplematter

When my order was called in, he went directly to grill to prepare my meal.- halfway through waffle, I found a small piece of paperAlmost walked out, but really wanted that blueberry waffle!I’ll never return to this store - disgusting!

My children and I went here last night around 8:30pm to get food. When we walked through the door there was several tables dirty. We found a clean one and sat down. The waitress greeted us and brought is drinks and silverware... the silverware was disgusting and very dirty. We asked for more she brought more that was gross. We soaked them in hot water and cleaned them our selves but the entire time we were there she did not clean any of the dirty tables around us and we were the only customers there so it wasn't busy at all. She also never refilled our drinks. Overall the whole place was filthy. I won't be returning to this location.

Stopped by today to get a Togo order and soon as I stepped in, it was filthy and was told they were closed for cleaning. The elder lady was sitting at the end of the counter. No signs to even say they were closed.
