I ordered delivery, and ate my food. After a few hours I developed Food poisoning!!! Never eating wendys again! This is the 2nd Time this place poisoned me in the past 2 years.I had what I normally have which was a: Dave's double, fries, spicy nuggets, and a frosty.

when you get your food, it’s good. However, this has to be one of the slowest Wendy drive-through. And if it wasn’t the only one on this side of town, I would not come. They’ve been out of creamer the last two times I visited. And it is 10 minutes till 9 PM Eastern time and the dining room is already locked. With 4 cars in front of me backed up through the drive-through. no matter what time of day you come you pull up to the drive-through and you were always, and I mean every single time asked to wait and it’s a minute to two minutes before they take your order

They got my order wrong and I didn't know till I had driven all the way home. I called and they wanted me to come back. I got there and they still didn't want to fix it to what I had ordered, and my other food had already gotten cold. By the time they decided to fix it, I waited another 20 minutes for 2 single bacon burgers to go with my cold chili. Wasn't happy to say the least.

I dont want to pacifically pick on this one Wendy’s location, but Wendy’s used to be one of my favorite fast food spots growing up. I’m 36, so I’ve had a lot of years to experience it. But I’ve been to several Wendy’s in GA last 5 or more years, and it’s just not same anymore. Shrinkflation has butchered this chain. I remember going to Wendy’s, I get this big and plump chicken sandwich’s. Bun was big, shiny and chicken hanging over the bun still. One time I could save my sandwich for later, now 3 bites and the sandwich is no more. Burgers were decent size, had some weight to them. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, my wife regular chicken sandwich. Both came extremely tiny and thin. It’s same bun they use on their dollar menu Chicken BLT’s. Size of the fila’s was smaller than the chicken BLT’s. It looked so small, wimpy and pathetic. Two child size chicken sandwiches and one fry was 16 bucks. It looks like a 8 dollar meal at most. I felt cheated out of my money and both me and my wife looked at each other, both dissatisfied, disappointed and said “we should gone to chick-fila, uhh??. This isn’t 1st time we noticed their Items shrunk 50% basically and they’re charging more now. Do we blame Biden and his so called flourishing economy, or is it really Wendy’s corporate? All me and wife know is, never Wendy’s again. You want more food for ya money? Go to zaxpys. Yes, their prices gone up as well from a booming Biden economy, but you get waaaay more food for ya money.

I will drive across town before going to the one on S Enota.The extremely rude girl at the window shoved the drinks out the window. I had ordered a 10 pc nugget meal and drove away before checking and received a chicken sandwich. Went back through and ordered the nuggets alone. Told the rude girl she got my order wrong. Her response "that's what I ordered" as in she just ordered what she felt like ordering instead of what I actually ordered. She clearly has no business in a customer service environment as she is clueless as what customer service is.
Very sh☆☆y service got my order wrong even after saying 3 times to 2 different people. Lady handling food was screaming at others instead of doing anything and was literally chasing one of her ears, not one to judge, but she was obviously struggling with substance abuse and it was very noticeable, advise to stay away from this particular location.

Ok so I love Wendy’s but I am tired of going in and seeing people handle the food with no gloves… I don’t know if your hands or clean or not this made me lose my appetite. If you are taking payment (cash is dirtiest thing in the world) and then grab someone’s food without washing your hands or putting gloves on I mean come on….you getting paid for your job do it right keep sickness and disease down if you don’t like the job then go find a different one but please for the love of god be sanitary about it at least…

I've been to many different Wendy's restaurants and they just seemed to not care how anything was done. Not this one. The only problem I found was that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom stall I was in. I told an assistant who walked into the bathroom after I exited the stall and she put the toilet paper in after she was done. I'm impressed.
