D rive Thur is just horrible here the food is cold messy and I gave them 3 times to get it right.i will find a better solution then poor service and cold

Just left your location with a taco salad. Missing taco sauce! Also recently ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and got a plain burger instead. Sloppy job filling orders!! Wendy’s at 306 and 400 also didn’t get what I ordered in the recent past.

Came by trying get a biggie bag and they turn my service down even tho they was open. They reason was for closing early and had everything shut down before store hours that wasn't the fist time they had done it. Terrible business why have your store hours if yall shut down early and refuse to serve the customers.

A bunch of teens working night shift. Bad drive thru service, no greeting, cashier sounded like he hates his job. It took at least 10 minutes to get our food. Fries were not hot.
Food was eh. Reason for the one star is the workers were commenting on my appearance. I was called ugly multiple times, and laughed at. Sure im not that good looking, but I don’t need multiple Wendy’s employees reminding me. Y’all gotta do something about your staff.

Found a piece of someone’s glove in my burger their excuse is they were very busy. Wouldn’t tell me who was missing part of their glove. ?

Came for breakfast. Food was old,cold,burnt. I came to the counter and everyone was leaned against to counters in the back talking. Finally the woman manager looked over at me visibly irritated and asked me what was wrong with my sandwich. I said" it's old,cold, and burnt. May I have a new one made fresh?" She got all flustered and came and yanked it out of my hand and went back and made me another one. I stayed there to make sure she didn't spit in my sandwich. She complained the whole time saying there is no way it can be cold that they just made it and she wrapped up my new sandwich like it was garbage and said "here this is the best I can do. If that's not good I don't know what to tell you. The place had homeless people hanging out watching t.v. and a young girl of one of the employees was being baby sat in the dining room. Was most unprofessional manager I've ever seen. This isn't the first time she's been rude and nasty. She needs to go she's burnt out
