How do you forget my ranch when I order a 30 piece family pack. I'll tell you because you have too many folks working and no one is in charge of quality control. Food tasted good even though I had to use some other vendors ranch. You all need to do better

I was there to pick up a door dash and while I was waiting one of the male workers whispered the hard r after two black men walked out of the door, it was very disgusting and he needs to be fired or something honestly

What a disappointing experience. To start things off, the attitude of the girl who took our order was probably the rudest most arrogant human i've ever been in contact with. Definitely not a bright future for that one. The place was a wreck, i've seen cleaner waste management facilities than gainesville wingstop. The floors, tables and front counter were very sticky. There is a window to show the people making food, bad idea. No one was wearing gloves while handling the food. Went to go ask for ranch and the girl pulled her phone out while I was ordering and ignored me. The food was probably the best thing about the place… and it was AWFUL. They missed my buffalo ranch fries and just gave me soggy fries. My girlfriend got an 8 piece combo and when she grabbed the box it had no weight to it, so naturally we thought it was a side of the fries we got… WRONG. It was her wings. All 8 wings were smaller than a big toe. Basically it was a box of bones. I get more protein from biting my cuticles off than i did those wings. What a waste of time, gas, money and honestly my life. Ranch was good though.

When I got home with my food, I was missing my chicken sandwich, ranch and blue cheese sauce. This will be my last time eating at any wing stop because they are all horrible and slow. They don’t answer the phone because I definitely wanted to speak to a manager. Don’t waste your money here!!

The service is incredibly poor , the food is not very good and the cleanliness is disgusting. The lady who took our order was just plain rude and was even worse when I received my chicken wings and noticed I was short two wings. When I brought it to her attention she just rolled her eyes and walked off. I was not sure if I was getting my additional wings or not. I do have to note that the lady who brought the additional wings to me was very nice.The cleanliness of the place is incredibly poor. If they are going to have an open kitchen, they really should keep the place clean. The dining area is in poor condition.
It was a very busy Friday.. but the staff was on point.. the rest rooms were clean and that's always a plus.

Ordered delivery from Wingstop today through Grubhub app,I've tried through their app but it says out of delivery area.I live less than 3 miles from restaurant so I have to use Grubhub.I'm disabled so my driving is very limited so I use delivery services quite often.The pictures tell the story I couldn't believe a restaurant or a delivery service would find this acceptable.Not only was delivery bag soaked with oil the whole inside and every carton was covered in it.I called the restaurant immediately and all the guy would say is I'm sorry this happened, he had no reason or explanation how this could happen and really didn't want to find out.I got nothing but I'm sorry.He offered no solution or an offer of a refund.The fries were at the very top of bag and not covered at all that's probably where all the grease came from which is a huge issue in itself.Needless to say my appetite diminished the more I looked at this mess of a delivery order.Luckily the wings were good but majority of celery was rotting and one piece had turned almost to liquid.I'm very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I ordered through doordash and there was a dead bug in my cup. When I called to confront them, I did not receive help just excuses. I would not suggest ordering from this place. Horrible service and they do not care what is served from this restaurant. Blamed the door dash employee for this. Pics
