I LOVE me some Zaxby's. Chicken was fresh, the fries had the extra seasoning, and the chocolate cookies were fresh and warm. The cocky guy behind the counter rung up my items wrong, so that attitude had to be adjusted. Other than that, tables were clean, floors were mopped and the bathroom was great. 10/10 would go back

Placed an order online, they told us it is going to be ready in 10 minutes, after 30 minutes still waiting in my car. It's not crowded. Also, the drive-thru window is always angry for no reason. No matter how nice you are to them, they are mad at people for no reason. It feels like DMV

Pretty disappointed! I am vegetarian and I try not to be obnoxious about it. I always order a Cobb zalad with chicken and bacon on the side (I give the meat to whomever I’m with). I ordered my zalad and when I got to my table I realized my zalad had bacon and egg on the side and chicken ON the zalad. No biggie. Told the front staff “I’m sorry, I ordered this with chicken on the side - I’m vegetarian!” After a few minutes I go back up front to retrieve my “new” zalad with a cup of chicken on the side.I see the cup of chicken, riddled with lettuce from the zalad it was pulled out of, then the zalad, riddled still with the chicken they tried to pluck from it.I’m not “crazy” about my food touching, but when I pay for something and I am assured they can serve me, I kind of expect that. Totally unacceptable they rifled through the zalad to get the chicken, didn’t even get all the chicken, instead of just throwing a new pre-made zalad at me.Won’t be going back.

They mess up my order every-time. I ask for no fries, I get fries. The NEVER close the lids to the boxes and the sauces spill everywhere. These employees here I'm convinced can't read an order or read at all. They must be dumb too. I do not recommend this locaton.
The Zaxby's on Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville, Ga has some very real problems. It is the newest Zaxby's in town and if it is open a year from now it will be surprising. I tend to go through the drive thru and enjoy an occasional Zax Snack. It's a flip of the coin if you will get fresh food or chicken that has been there a few hours. Many times they are out of Coke (which means someone doesn't know how or is too lazy to change the little packets in the machine) they also run out of condiments, like Honey Mustard, and want to give you the Honey Mustard dressing instead. Not the same people. I have also been by there when there was a hand written sign on the speaker that said, "Due to lack of business we will be closing at 9:00". It was gone the next day. People, if you don't have customers ordering stuff, then clean something, order supplies, do something but you close at 10:00. A better Manager would know that.The last time I went there about 6:00 pm there was one car in the parking lot and 0 cars in the drive thru. I pulled up and the order taker asked me to give them a minute please. After a minute I ordered a Zax Snack with a Coke. Well, they were out of Coke. So I left and went to the store in New Holland. Must have been 8 cars in the drive thru. Went inside and got what I wanted. It was hot, fresh and a pleasant experience.The Thompson Bridge Store has a great location and should never be hurting for business. There is one young man there that is very good, I wish I knew his name, I am surprised he works at that Zaxby's and not Chick fil a. Fire the rest and start over, they suck. Until you prove you can provide Fresh Food and a lot better service, it will continue to struggle.

Grilled Cobb Zalad was delicious. Got it to go and had my own dressing. Chicken was not over cooked. Lettuce fresh and crisp. Drive thru helper was super nice.

The drive thru spilled a large drink in my car, a large sweet drink! All Zaxby's will do is replace the drink! I am sticky, my floor board is sticky!! Only one drink was marked, I specifically asked the drinks be marked! I asked for a refund and funds to clean up my car! All we can do is replace the drink!

getting home thinking i was going to be able to munch on some zaxbys ordered a wings a things bonless with a dr pepper and coming home after taking a couple bites i done found 3 pieces of hair 2 look the same the third one looked totally different. you can see two of the hairs one on the bread and the other in the wings ? seemed as if they were placed on the plate on purpose.
