Very clean restaurant exceptional service and very friendly staff! The food was hot and fresh and delicious I highly recommend this restaurant! It is five minute further drive for me but worth it due to Lauren the manager has improved the store.

Terrible PM management. I placed a mobile order at the end of my *12 hour shift* and immediately got a notification from my credit card app about the charge. Normal. Get to this location and they say they don’t have the order. I show them the charge in my credit card app. Now talking to the third employee at the window, so I offer to park and come in as to not hold up the line. I’m pretty annoyed at this point bc I just want dinner and home. I’m told to “come back if the charge doesn’t drop”. So now I have to remember to check my credit card and ensure the charge drops, and, if it doesn’t, come back to this location and explain the situation another 3 times at minimum. Yay! I ask for something in writing from the manager in case I do have to waste more of my time to fix their mistake. Literally got some receipt paper with just a first name and a date. Not once was I offered an apology for the inconvenience nor a dinner solution. So now I’m home…still starving…writing this review bc my house is literally one block away, and I’m too tired to deal with another person. The “manager”, Ren, was unprofessional and offered absolutely no level of customer service. I said “I think my solution would be to give the person a salad”. He said something about the case of the pending charge falling off. So he chose to save what….$2 cost over the lifetime value of a customer that lives literally around the corner. Yikes.How it should have been handled:- know exactly what happens in this situation. Did the customer get a confirmation email? No? Then the charge will drop within __ business days. Or whatever troubleshooting is needed. Then maybe find a tactful way of asking if they’d like to place another order assuring them there won’t be two charges.-don’t know? Your bad. Give them a damn salad.

My order had to be corrected three times.The lettuce was limp even though the order was placed at noon... a time that one would expect freshly cut at the beginning of the day. I did not receive any utensils with my order and was not asked.There was so little cheese on the Zalad that I did realize that it was included until I stirred in the dressing.

This place has become one of the best fast food places in Gainesville. It started off good then they were rude. No they are so caring about their customers it is so welcoming. Thank you for everything you guys do to make us feel important when we come.

The night service is horrible. Our food is always wrong and we never get our sauce even when it's been paid for. We did a mobile pick up in the drive through and the girl at the window looked like she had never heard of a mobile pick up. Once we got home is when we realized all the sauces we paid for were not there and the boneless wings barley had sauce on them and looked burned. We always say we will never go back to this location because this always happens to us but this time is the LAST time we will go here. I would rather drive 20 min out of my way to another zaxbys where I know I will get better service and my order will be right.

The only time I've been disappointed going to zaxbys. Yall need to train with the Dahlonega Ga Zaxbys so you can keep the zaxbys name good. This was a waste of my money completely.

The new night time management is rude for no reason. She didn't put any ranch or cheese on our loaded fries and when I asked if she if she could put a little more she started yelling saying she put enough on it. There was let then a ranch packet on it. She said all I could do is buy ranch sauce. Like really I have never been treated more poorly. I asked for the management info and she said you can't have her number but you can come up here tomorrow when she is here. I go to this place all the time but from now on we will be going to the other ones.
