Customer service was piss poor. Employee acted as if she didn't wanna speak to me & my sister upon us entering the pizzeria. I never had this experience before but I was definitely not pleased at all with the customer service provided today. So No i did not order food today cause her attitude SUCKSS!

First time here. Pizza in the hot plate was sad looking and dry.Got a calzon with just mozzarella and sauce, my cheese wasn't melted at all and the crust was dry. My husband got a chicken sandwich, the roll was burnt to the color black and the chicken which came from the pizza oven (I don't know if they have another) was dry and the cheese was also burnt. The girl who took my order was very pleasant but then another from the back came up and was asking if I was sure I didn't just want a pizza trying to explain it is the same thing.. overall will not be going back.

we live extremely close to this pizza place & decided to give it a shot one night! I placed a call in order and the person on the phone was very pleasant, service was quick- ready to pick up within 15 minutes. It was fairly good, the pizza could've been a little bit better- I just felt like it was a kind of dry & mediocre. my boyfriend on the other hand loved his buffalo chicken pizza & I was a huge fan of the stuffed cheese bread! would definitely order from here for a quick bite again but probably not a regular place we would consider.

Holy pie!! We tried holy pie as a result of seeing their advertisements for $9.99 carry out for a one topping large and I was sold. We recently moved in the area and this was OUR PIE. All of my transactions were ordered online and picked up, so I can't really speak for much the customer service or the restaurants environment but I can tell you about the food. They often run specials you can see online when you order and the price is really good for the quality you get. This is step up from dominos and Pizza Hut in that aspect. The crust is my favorite! It's so yummy. I know you're probably reading this and thinking well then why the three stars?! Simple: I found a hair in my pizza most recently and hygiene rules are big to me... because I don't want ANYTHING extraneous in my pizza that I didn't order. I haven't been back since partly because I am sensitive with things like this but I'm sure it was it was just an accident and I'll probably be back. I just need some time to want it again. 4/5 visits were REALLY good with no issues. The hair was just recent and I hope the leadership reads these reviews to see how they can improve because that would be all I can think of for now.

this is the best pizza I've ever had. I drive a semi, it was pouring down rain and the delivery driver, female, didn't even have to call or text me with any info. she knocked on my door and boom, there she was. I had planned to get out of truck so she didn't have to and all she said was, it's my job.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Y'ALL! I order from the Garden City store probably way more than I should but it is always soooo good. It's hot, fresh and the majority of the time it's quick. I live less than a mile down the road and since my husband passed away in March y'all have been God sends.
