Ordered 25 mins ahead. Went in to pick up my order & my food was still not ready. Chicken wings are pre cooked and then re dropped to seem warm/hot. This is not the first time. Fries are dried out, chicken wings are small and dried out. I waited another 15 mins and my order was still not ready. Asked for a refund. Employees are rude. Especially the person with the braces at the register. He/she always has an attitude with a know it all spirit. Chicken wings also leaves a nasty film in your mouth. Buyer, beware.

Love the food here. Danielle is really sweet and it is always a pleasure to talk to her. I love the chicken philly, tossed chicken tenders and the boneless wings (honey lemon pepper and sweet Thai are my favorite flavors).

I went in for lunch today and a partial of my order was sitting at the counter. Advised they were still working on the other half. The young lady at the service window was rude and insulting. I asked about the quality of the order half being cold. She says oh you can just microwave it. I said I beg your pardon? Yes she replied you have heard of microwaves, haven't you? My grandson at this point lost it. The level of disrespect but it didn't stop there. She even went so far as to say just because you're older doesn't make you wiser. have never been so taken away by the disrespect given to paying customer and just as I stated the food that was sitting COLD> I will NEVER come back here and I am actively seeking the owners as someone needs to address how I was treated.

Service was horrible I witnessed a cashier get disrespectful with an elderly woman she told the woman "Do your old ass know what a microwave is" hear and her son went off.
Omg! I'm so angry right now. Do not patron here. There's a rude disrespectful young lady that takes the orders. I inquired about why my food was sitting so long and that it was cold. She added you can microwave it. I said excuse me $25 for lunch and I should microwave it? Her response was yes have you ever heard of a microwave? Adding insult to injury she then stated jut because you're older doesn't make you wiser?!!! My grandson who is 14 was with me lost it. The level of disrespect that was condoned by her employer is unacceptable. I am 61 and I've never been so insulted before in my life. She refused the owners contact info citing to just call the store. I'm retracting my payment and never going back. And yes the food was cold. Stay away from this location. I'm getting ready to show ol girl just how WISE I am!

Beware of this American Deli location as they like to break the law. Third party delivery drivers SHOULD NOT be filling drinks. Next thing you know they will ask you to make sandwiches too. The store employees need to complete the order because they have the food safety certifications, not the third party drivers. Ouch!

Had a chicken tender salad which I gotten before. On Monday June 12th 2023 I got this salad and ate half of it on Monday and the other half on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I woke up sick with food poisoning was sick all day and night. Called American deli told him of the situation in which the manager said oh we're clean I don't doubt that but I developed food poisoning just FYI
