My family likes coming here from time to time! The ice cream doesn't give you mucus. The service is okay. We had some staff members that were friendly and helpful. There's been other experiences that made me feel rushed. Overall it's cool. Health score 100. I would recommend.

My daughter and I walked in around 7:30 this evening. We stood at the front waiting for our order to be placed for about 5 minutes . There were approximately 4 employees and no one acknowledged us. A family came in just a minute or two after us and they were serviced prior to us. Even after they were serviced we had to flag someone to assist. I was very disappointed as this is not the normal Berens customer service experience.

Such a cute shop! The frozen custard is yummy! The baked treats I’ve tried were also really good. The tables inside are always clean and the outdoor seating is lovely when the weather is nice. The staff are so polite and helpful. I love to stop here to pick up a little treat for myself or my family. I usually get one of their signature concretes.
